Whats this workout called?

Has anyone ever seen this workout where you lay on your stomach and lift your arms out infront of you and lift your legs up at the same time?

Does anyone know the name of it and what areas it targets? I know it targets your butt but is it for your back also or no?

Weight loss with not much equipment.

Okay, so I know there is literally no "easy" way to lose weight and I understand this.

However, I need to know. How is the easiest way to lose weight? When I say easy I mean in a lot of 'areas' e.g. when you don't have a lot of equipment (I don't even have stairs to do cardio on, but I do have a lot of steep hills around my area)

Also, how many times a week should I do the work out and for how long?

Once again I understand it's not easy to lose weight and if the easiest way is like, sit ups thats okay!! also, it's for mostly stomach fat which will be hard I understand, but a good leg and thigh work out would be good too.

abs/flat stomach

i'm 15/f
and i want a flat stomach
like my stomach's not flat i just have a pouch
like i want abs but i don't want them as big as a guys
and i've heard either sit ups or crunches don't help it makes your pouch worse/bigger
and it can also make you have a bad back
but i can't member which on it is
what other excericies(sp) can i do??
and do crunches and situps really help??

how can i lose weight on my thighs. i play soccer so they are kinda muscle but not all of it. i really really need to lose the fat cause im fit the rest of me and i wanna be ready for summer.

15/f, 5'3-4, 110 lbs.

to start off, i know im not like obese or even that fat or anything, the number isnt what im worried about
i just hate when i put on a pair of jeans and my sides arent all the way in (love handles..sort of)

people tell me im rly skinny all the time and i always am working out (i go to the gym 3-4 times a week for about 2 hours each) and im always running at home with my dog

but whenever im like going out to the movies or somewhere with my friends, i hesitate to wear like just jeans and a fitted t shirt because you can sort of see how my hips are nasty looking, ive tried excersises to fix it but im not sure what to do

i wanna be able to wear a shirt wher...

my thighs are alright...but i want to get rid of the fat on the upper, inner thigh, and i want to get the bump in the front a little reduced..ive tried pilates, and i know it says that it makes your body lean, but lots of adults i know that do pilates their thighs are always really muscular, i dont want really muscular...so excercises please for inner and front of thighs!

ugh. i absolutly hate the fat on my thighs.

im not completly fat. but not stick skinny. i donnt like when my legs touch. which means i needs to loose some right?well i wanna know how you get that fat off your thighs? any food that would help? any exercise?

Okay let me tell you my situation. I'm 5'3, 110lbs.
I know I sound quite thin but I'm storing fat on my stomach (ESPECIALLY on my love handles, which in turn makes me look big when looking at me from the front or back) I'm also storing fat on my back (which I find gross).

Here's what I want to do:
- Tone my arms, legs & butt (hopefully something that's going to make my butt muscles bulkier, therefore making my butt bigger, not smaller)
- Lose stomach fat & lovehandles
- Lose back fat and maybe work on my back muscles too.

(I know you can't spot reduce fat, by the way). I don't have access to a gym or to any weights or anything so bare that in mind.
Anyone know some exe...

not eating and running

if i eat just breakfast like a bagel in the morning and eat like a little bag of chips 150 calories and come home and go running for like 30 mintues, would that make me lose weight faster since i didnt eat that much and am probably burning more than i ate that day?

losing weight

im going to lose weight again. i lost around 20lbs in about a month and a half and gained it all back in about the next 2 months. i do the elliptical and situps and eat healthy to lose weight sometimes i run sprints in my back yard too. anyone have any tips or suggestions on eating healthy foods or good excersies??

chubby cheeks

Ok. So I have a really fat face but I am actually skinny and built athletic. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make my face skinnier. Im so self-consious(sp)of my cheeks I never even want to smile anymore because I feel like people will just stare at how big my face is. If theres anything I can do to slim up my face it would be really great.
