to start off, i know im not like obese or even that fat or anything, the number isnt what im worried about
i just hate when i put on a pair of jeans and my sides arent all the way in (love handles..sort of)
people tell me im rly skinny all the time and i always am working out (i go to the gym 3-4 times a week for about 2 hours each) and im always running at home with my dog
but whenever im like going out to the movies or somewhere with my friends, i hesitate to wear like just jeans and a fitted t shirt because you can sort of see how my hips are nasty looking, ive tried excersises to fix it but im not sure what to do
i wanna be able to wear a shirt where you can see some skin, but not be obsessively worrying about it throughout the day
if you feel uncomfortable about how your clothes make you look, i'd analyze you're body type and make sure you're dressing to flatter it.
also, about showing skin, i get a little nervous about that too although people tell i'm really skinny and perfect for that but i just force myself to do it. hey we only live once right? but once i get myself to do it, at the end of the day i'm glad i did. you just have to not let that negative thinking control your life. basically because nobody's body is perfect don't expect it to be, we're not dolls. however as corny as this sounds, find what you like about your body.
if you still ever feel nervous or something about this kinda stuff, you can talk to me. believe me i know how you feel. i use to be really insecure about showing skin and stuff but i look back at it and laugh because i know now i was being foolish. just ignore that fear, show off some skin, and you'll be fine!
