tampons hurt really bad when I take them out

i just started using tampons and it hurts really bad when i take them out. will it make a difference if i like sit when i do it? should i sit when i put them in to?

Does it only bother you when taking it out? It may not be far enough up so you don't feel it. It could also be too dry. Try using a lower absorbancy tampon.

no sitting doesnt do anyhting
youll just have to get used to it
it doesnt hurt after a while

Most likely the first few times you use tampons it's going too hurt no matter what.There's really nothing you can do.

it's your decision if you want to sit down.
Sitting down might not do anything.
