my thighs are alright...but i want to get rid of the fat on the upper, inner thigh, and i want to get the bump in the front a little reduced..ive tried pilates, and i know it says that it makes your body lean, but lots of adults i know that do pilates their thighs are always really muscular, i dont want really muscular...so excercises please for inner and front of thighs!

masterclinic answered Saturday January 19 2008, 10:16 pm: Running will make you lose the fat off your thighs there are some other exercises but there for gaining muscle and i know you don't want that.
