thighs my thighs are alright...but i want to get rid of the fat on the upper, inner thigh, and i want to get the bump in the front a little reduced..ive tried pilates, and i know it says that it makes your body lean, but lots of adults i know that do pilates their thighs are always really muscular, i dont want really muscular...so excercises please for inner and front of thighs!

I agree with masterclinic, running definatley helps, and you should also try doing some lunges each day. It is supposed to reduce the fat in your inner thighs.
-front lunges
-side lunges
Also rollerbladin and bicycling help with the inner thighs a lot.

Running will make you lose the fat off your thighs there are some other exercises but there for gaining muscle and i know you don't want that. But if you change your mind message me and ill tell them to you. Best of luck ]
