sweetheart dance
Our Sweetheart dance is February 1st. Is the dance typically Sadie Hawkins style [girls ask guys], or does it not really matter? Or is it different for different schools? I am thinking of asking my guy friend to go since I dont think that he really has anyone else in mind [I am typically the only girl that he talks to]. Would that be weird? I really want to go with him and I think that we would have lots of fun.. I just need some info. please.

at my school sweeheart dance is homecoming bt for basketball. either way i def. thnk you should ask your friend to go with you. for homecoming this year one of my bffs was on homecoming court and she wanted me to go with her and she didnt want to go with just this weird gy who she kindof liked at the time so it was her, the weird guy, me, and i asked one of my good guy friends, whos always a ton of fun, to go with us. trust me-- if you dont ask him or even dont go, youll def. regret it!!

it depends from school to school but typically it is still a guys ask the girls type of thing. however, it would still be perfectly acceptable for you to ask your guy friend to go. maybe it's not what everyone else is doing, but it sounds like it would be good for you to ask him, and if you think you would have fun thats all that matters. have a good time!
