what are six inches and throwdowns?

six inches is when you lay on your back on the ground and hold your feet 6 inches off the ground, with your legs straight. throwdowns is when you lay on you back on te ground and have someone stand over or a little behind your head and you pull up with your abs (making sure your legs are straight and your back is down) and have them push them down. you make sure that you dont touch the ground with your feet and get them as close as possible to the ground. you can also do throuw downs to the sides.

no its cool. ive been crushing on the same ugy on and off since i was little.. lets say about 10 years... ive known him forever and our familys are close so its kindof weird. hear recently he got a g/f and i was kindof bummed. but all i had to do was focus on another guy. ive noticed whenever you like someone it seems like youll never stop but once you get over it you realize that you made a huge mistake and its not the end of the world. im sorry that she didnt feel the same but give her some time and let things unfold. things happen for a reason and if it doesnt work out just think that theyres got to be something better waiting in the future. hope this helps! good luck!! :DD

ok so there is this guy who is my best friend!! and i am starting to like him a lot!! and my best friend mandy likes him 2 and now they are going out,and she knew i liked him. and now my best friend(who is the guy i like) is being really mean to me and it feels that i lost my best friend who i tell everything to! and to add on more lost the guy i like. i just dont know what to do should i tell the guy should i jsut see how long it last???

ouch! i understand. something like that as happened to me before. and i know how much it really does hurt. what i wold do is see what mandy says and see how long the relationship lasts. if its over 2 wks - a month (or you just cant take it anymore) talk to you guy friend. just be like "yeah. how are you and mandy?.... yeah its kindof awkward. i feel like a 3rd wheel..... why have you been acting weird lately?.... dont let your relationship with mandy effect our friendship because i dont want to lose that." just say how you feel and maybe it will help out the situation. hope this helps! good luck!! :DD

Our Sweetheart dance is February 1st. Is the dance typically Sadie Hawkins style [girls ask guys], or does it not really matter? Or is it different for different schools? I am thinking of asking my guy friend to go since I dont think that he really has anyone else in mind [I am typically the only girl that he talks to]. Would that be weird? I really want to go with him and I think that we would have lots of fun.. I just need some info. please. (link)

at my school sweeheart dance is homecoming bt for basketball. either way i def. thnk you should ask your friend to go with you. for homecoming this year one of my bffs was on homecoming court and she wanted me to go with her and she didnt want to go with just this weird gy who she kindof liked at the time so it was her, the weird guy, me, and i asked one of my good guy friends, whos always a ton of fun, to go with us. trust me-- if you dont ask him or even dont go, youll def. regret it!!

Okay there's two situations here.
1: What do you do when you find out one friend spread a rumor about two of your other friends (ONE BEING YOUR BOYFRIEND THE OTHER HIS SISTER) that they don't take baths when they do, to the bus driver who's now being all weird and mean to them without proof and the two, TJ and Samantha, well their dad, is sewing or something and the lawyer wnats a statement from me on what's been going on while I was on the bus......lik what should I write? I haven't seen anything, just the bus driver getting on to them about things they haven't done....well that and she moved me from them because of this matter. Which was unfair.
2: TJ and I have been going out for like 2 days and only 3 of my friends know about it.....one of them told the other two......and well I know I'll get teased when everyone finds out and I dunno what to do! (link)

hmmm.. this is a toughie..! maybe you should just tell yor friend who started the rumor that its not true and that yaall are going out now. then if anyone asks you about it or makes a comment about the situation just say "hey! thats not true! you dont know them so dont say anything about them until you do.." or something like that.
on the lawsuit thing.. just say how ufairly they have been treated. dont be subtle but dont be overdramatic and exaggerate. say how you think it was. just remember that what you write will probably be read in court.

for cheerleading we did throw-downs, bicycles, planks, 6-inches.. also you can stand with your legs apart, knees bent almost at about a 60 degree angle keeping your torso still and twist from side to side for about 2 minutes... hope this helps!
