how do i get rid of my thigh fat? ugh. i absolutly hate the fat on my thighs.
im not completly fat. but not stick skinny. i donnt like when my legs touch. which means i needs to loose some right?well i wanna know how you get that fat off your thighs? any food that would help? any exercise?

when you start excersizing in general you will start loosing fat all over your body
-running
-leglifts (where you lie down and lift your leg, lol)
-some tredmills have the adjustable thing to target your thighs
-stair steppers are good too
but this takes devotion, it will take time! ]
i would definitley say run alot. do squats, leg lifts and kicks. hope i helped and GOOD LUCK! ]
Run a lot, eat fruits and vegetables. Do the exercise where you open and close your legs around a big pillow. ]
