excercising right Whats are the best exercises to get rid of fat on your inner thighs!? i do lunges but they dont seem to work..

You get target fat loss. Fat comes off all your body, not in specific areas. Do cardio and you will loose total body fat (ex: jogging, bicycling, ect.) To get muscle, lunges will work, and jogging will too. ]
Running is the best excercise.
Try to run for 20 minutes every other day.
Eat healthy foods, or you wont see a difference.

Well, you won't see any results unless you're burning more calories than you consume. So technically, you have to be "dieting" although I hate that word. As far as exercises go, one thing I like: Get a medicine ball, if you don't have one, you can use any sort of ball, about the size of a basketball, but a little "squishier." Lay on your back with your legs up, toes pointed to the ceiling/sky, and have the ball in between your legs. Do crunches, and as you go up for the crunch, squeeze your legs together. I would reccommend repeating this 20 times. But before you work out I strongly suggest doing a cardiovascular workout, running etc. otherwise you won't see any results. Lunges are good for this... have you tried carrying weights while doing lunges? This helps quite a bit.
I'm not sure how much you have access to this, but there's this machine at the gym where you move your legs outward, pushing away a bunch of weights.
Otherwise, I would recommend more aerobic exercises, if you're trying to lose weight and aren't as concerned with gaining muscle (lunges are pretty good for the muscle part).
Things like running, dancing, or joining some sort of athletic team/club would get rid of fat in general, and the running and dancing would just help in general with the leg area. ]
