well i weigh 160 and im 17 im on the verdge to diabeties and i need a fast diet any thing that can help??? and i want to loose wait as fast also :)

Listen, I know you don't want to hear this, but...
If you are borderline diabetic, fad diets are NOT for you. They aren't for anyone, but you especially. You need a healthy diet.
Ask Evolution.

Take his advice. He is a certified fitness trainer. He can give you a healthy, accurate diet plan.
The man knows what he's talking about.

Ok. Here is a really easy and fast way to lose weight. You might have already heard about it but it is called the Apple Cidar Vinegar Diet. I have been doing it and it really works. What you do is you drink 2 tablespoons of the ACVinegar 3 times a day.(before your 3 meals) But you can nly take it with food or else it wont work. It helps speed up your metabolism and break down fat. It really works. Take it 15 mintues before each meal and cut down on the snacks. No exercise is really aqcuired but I run once a day because its good for you. Try to drink water or propel and healthy drinks like that. The diet is very affective if you do it right. I lost 10 pounds in the first week. There is really no certain foods that you need to eat with it either just keep it to a minumim and tghe objective of this diet is to not eat alot so you eventually get to where you don't eat near as much. The fastest way to lose weight and keep it off would be to cut out chocolate, candy, and pop. Drink water or juice. Eat 5 times a day in small increments. White bread is bad for your health and causes alot of the problems in todays society. Wheat bread is the best thing. Something that you can eat for breakfast that is good for you would be peanut butter on toast. Pasta is good for you and helps lose weight including salad. Fast is out of the question. You could probably eat a little in resturants like ponderosa. Exercise on a bike or even walking to help the muscles. If you are working the muscles the fat in your body will move to the different muscles you are exercising and build them up.
