im not fat. okay so im not fat but i wanna loose some weight but not alot
so how do i do it??

Hey, my name is Em231 and I think I can help you ok
all you do is exercise more and eat as much as you
need but in smaller portions ! Thats what my brother
does and he lost 19 pounds!

If you want to take it off your stomach you can do some ab work outs such as crunches, situps, leg lifts. start out doing 3 sets of each (25 of each 3 times) then just keep going up every other day in sets. Don't work out every day 3 times a week is good. Also eat healthy if you don't already fruit and salads. Running will also increase your weight loss. Best of luck ]
Instead of.... Do this...
Having an afternoon Coke- Drink a glass of water. (calories saved: 97)
Eating an Egg McMuffin- Eat a small whole wheat bagel +1 tbls of peanut butter (calories saved: 185)
Using your break to catch up on work or eat a snack- Walk up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes (calories burned: 100)
Hitting the snooze button- Get up 10 minutes early and go for a brisk walk (calories burned: 100)
Watching television after work- Do 10 minutes of yoga (calories burned: 50)

Those ways are the simplest.. and you won't lose TOO much weight.. but probably enough.

If you don't absolutely HAVE to lose weight- I wouldn't worry too much about it.. but it never hurts to get fit =]
