masterclinic answered Wednesday January 16 2008, 8:53 pm: If you want to take it off your stomach you can do some ab work outs such as crunches, situps, leg lifts. start out doing 3 sets of each (25 of each 3 times) then just keep going up every other day in sets. Don't work out every day 3 times a week is good. Also eat healthy if you don't already fruit and salads. Running will also increase your weight loss.
