A good book for a 15-year-old

My 15-year-old niece is having a birthday soonish and I'd like to get her a present. She likes reading so I figured a book would be good. What's a book that is of literary quality that a 15-year-old would like, but does not contain any sex or swear words (her mom wouldn't let her read it then)? And don't say the Princess Diaries series, I think she has all those already.

My friend is mad at me. The details don't really matter but my main problem is I think she's going to tell my social studies teacher that I didn't help with other project. That is not true but she can be a real bitch sometimes and it's not under her to do something like that. I helped her find most of the information and pick out different things for our project I just couldn't put it together. How can I keep her from telling my teacher that I didn't help? Oh I don't really care if she's mad at me because she's a bad friend anyway.

hey! i,m 13 female and i want to say that i think my mom wishes she never had me because she often excludes me from stuff, she lies to me alone, she never spends time with me, and she told me herself that she cared about my brother and sister more and she told me that if i wasnt as smart as i am now that she wouldnt still be proud of me! i just want to know if i am just over looking things or does she really not like me? please help! 5's to good answers

Alright so a few nights ago I got really, really drunk. Like, I can't even remember anything besides taking the shots.
But the thing is
I got drunk and this guy fingered me+I gave him head. I'm a virgin so really the only thing that's 'been in me' was his finger...

How to not care about things other people say

I find myself caring way too much about what other people say, especially when it comes to my family. Last night I cried myself to sleep because two of them had said something nasty about my boyfriend -- which I should be used to, since they've loathed my boyfriend from the day I met him four years ago and they've made no secret of it. I really can't go on like this, getting upset every time they say something nasty to me (not just about my boyfriend, anything). What are little tricks you can play with yourself so you don't care quite so much about what other people say?

okay. like. i guess you could say im skinny. or normal. but in my opioionn im fat. i always pinch my stomech or w.e and its gross. i have thoughts about being annerexic or belimic. and i dont want to be annerexic cause like i love to eat. and if i could like perge or w.e i sware id be belmic in a heartbeat. and its like i cant stay on a diet im tempted too easily and i exsersize but i mean im sick of the fat on my stomech and i dont do any sports. what can i do. i know my thoughts arnt "healthy" and i want to change it. but the fat on my stomech has GOT TO GO.

for probably about a year now my dad has been screaming at my brother and i for the stupidest reasons and at this point im pretty sure that he is verbally abusing us (not physically or sexualy) like on friday i was going to my friends party and i told him to get ready in 10 minutes....7 minutes later i gave him a three minute warning and then when 10 minutes came up and i wanted to leave, he started screaming at me that i didn't tell him that we were leaving in there minutes i mean i was crying to death and he was about to take me to this party, but saying no you didnt tell me your a liar!!! but screamed it and he started making this whole drag about it and i started to cry my mom was right there on my side, she was mad at him for actually ...

Today I decided to completley put my faith and trust into God, I really took him into my life today. However, I just started going to church last year so I was never baptised and never confirmed. Can I still expect to go to Heaven? What exactly does being confirmed or baptised mean?
