Stress relievers

I take really advanced classes in school, I have been dealing with a ton of drama lately, and I have been worrying a lot about my prom coming up soon. So I have been REALLY stressed. I want to know does anyone have any type of stress relievers that you don't have to buy? If so it would be greatly appreciated.

my teeth are only yellow from not brushing right or enough. do you think professional bleaching actually works? my mom says my teeth are too crappy to fix like that is posibble. bleaching is for yellow teeth duh

I've been with this guy for two months. And we were sexually active. Well his Grandma hates me anyway and she found out we were having sec because she snooped through Trae's droors and found a note. She called here the other day but Mom didn't tell me until Trae found out. We called Trae's Mom. She was like I'm not mad at you, I just told you before that you guys had your whole lifes and how do I know your not going to do it again. I was like I promise you we won't. So then I suggested that me and Mom run up there and talk to his Grandma since thats who he's staying with until his mother comes home. I've gone to a public school my whole life. Now 7th grade is ending and im going on to 8th grade. My brother goes to a private school and i want to go there. But I'm afraid of leaving behind my friends. I have a much better chance of getting accepted because my brother goes, but my brother doesn't talk to his old friends much. One of my friends who switches school a lot told me that I should do whats best for me, not for my friends. But I'm not sure whats best for me. I want to go to private school to help me with college, but I dont want to stop being able to see my other friends cause i love them so much.
I'll rate high if you try to help me with my decison

Not what I expected

My boyfriend drinks. That I dont care about. Just as long as he is responsible. Well he goes out with a friend of ours and drink this his friend's freinds. It really kind of bothers me because they are girls. I have talked to him about it, and he has reassured me that he won't do anything to threaten us as a couple. But our mutual friend, whom he drinks with, says that he can't control himself. But, This friend is known to tell lies. What should I do? I don't trust the girls he drinks with. I trust him. They drink like 2-3 times a week.

Problem with Icons

I have the most stupid problem, when you select a file in a folder you are sapose to be able to move it around the screen and live it where ever you want, I can't do that.
Even on my desktop I CAN'T MOVE MY FILES

Me and my boyfriend have sex. But whenever we do, he can only last like 2-5 mins. He has no idea why. Before with his ex he said he used to be able to last like 20 mins+. Is there anything that he or I can do to make him last longer?

ok so a few years ago i came across a few letters and had no idea what it really meant, then a few weeks ago i went looking for the letters again. In those letters i found out my father had had an affair with my mothers best friend. My parents are stilll together, and they do not know that i have found out about this secret. And then a few days ago i found some txt messages on my dads phone saying stuff like "u never really loved me...u f***** me..." they were not from anyone i knew, but why were they on his phone?
Separate to knowing this, i started to cut. i got scared thought, beacause i know you can cut a vein and die.
im sad and angery, but i have no real reason.

okayy well my brother is only about 16 months older then me.. we are pretty close but sometimes he can be totally horrible to me and my friends.. he has a bunch of close guys friends thatt are allways at my house. one of my brothers friends i think im attracted to but i dont kno what to do.. my brother would kill me if i made a move and im not sure how my brother's friend would react.. i mean i have caughten him checking me out when i walk around the house in skimpy little pajamas that i accidentally wore when he was at my house;)

how do i reformat my computer? its messed up and its a dell/laptop. itunes doesnt work and there are many system32 messages that popup so i want to try to reformat it but i dont know how to! can someone tell me how to or a site to show step by step directions? and also, by doing this is this dangerous like messing up my computer even more?
