I take really advanced classes in school, I have been dealing with a ton of drama lately, and I have been worrying a lot about my prom coming up soon. So I have been REALLY stressed. I want to know does anyone have any type of stress relievers that you don't have to buy? If so it would be greatly appreciated.
PinkLady4863 answered Monday April 17 2006, 4:04 pm: ok well bubble baths really do help if they are planned carefully. make sure the water is hot, so it doesnt cool off too soon and make sure all towels and everything are set maybe some candels or perfume. they are much nicer w/ tons of bubbles and soft music.
hot towel over your forhead w/ vicks vapor rub on your chest while just resting. i know it sounds wierd but my friend suggested that once to me and it did help.
poetry
laying outside for a while with some lemonade or something cool and refreshing. the sun releases chemicals that will make you happy and relaxed. the same chemical is found in hershey's chocolate.
a facial, pamper yourself
aleo vera if you have any in your bathroom, usually used for sunburn but works wonders in masages and/or just over muscles when you lay down.
and the best sress reliever i know, and often do is running. now it doesnt matter if your not a good runner. a brisk jog OUTDOORS helps relax your body and actually release endorphins that will lower stress and help manage anger or sadness.
