How to make him chase me

Okay I have been told over and over again that boys like the chase. So I know that this boy likes me but I don't know any techniques that create a chase... How do I make him chase me, like specific things I can do.
PS I am 13/F and he is 14/M so please take this into account with examples.

I have been dating my boyfriend for 6 years, however after our 3rd year we kind of aparted because he was talking to another girl.Inspite of it i gave us a chance and have been trying to work with him, our relationship have been inconsistent since then we don't talk for months and then we talk again and end up fighting because he suspects me of dating other guys when we don't talk. He refuses to hear or consider anything I have to say against his allegation on me, he is on denial.I have strong feelings for this person and I don't know how else to fight for us or on is it even worth it based on the history of its existence? .Any advice/input would be appreciated!

It's kinda long,so read only if you're patient.

Shy or completely uninterested?

So there's this guy I like, and I haven't really told him yet, but I cannot seem to tell if he's figured out how I feel and is just avoiding confrontation, or if he is just shy (and possibly interested back?), or if he's just completely oblivious. So far, I think he can tell that I like him and is just avoiding the situation...
He rarely looks at me or even talks to me unless I talk to him, and when I do talk to him, it's usually a short conversation. (I'm pretty darn shy around him and can't really keep a conversation going unless he keeps talking) Sometimes when I go to sit somewhere near him, he'll get up an move...there's tons of other things, but they all basically indicate that he is uncomfortable around me...I just d...

i never ever had a boyfriend before, i just welcome some suitors and that's it. But when this guy came along, i thought of giving him a chance and finally, we're dating. But the worst thing had happened, we broke up after 4 months and he admitted to me straight up that he had a fling with someone else. he had a lot of exes and one of our friends told me that he can easily change his present girl to a new girl in just 2 weeks or less... before i met him, i was told that he's really a playboy but when we're together, he changed BIG TIME! i felt it. but how come he had still the guts to cheat on me? He told me, that i was the only one who really changed him and that he felt true love.. but how come it was that easy for him to give me up??

I've got a crush but another girl has come into my life

So I've got a crush on a girl who lives in a different town but I'm moving there soon. She likes me back, but about 50% chance we can get something to work.
The second girl I just met and we have very similar personalities. Chances of making something work with her are about 95% (but I'm moving soon :(.
I just can't decide who I like, and I end up thinking about both of them all the time now which makes me feel so confused. Should I try something with 95% girl and hurt my crush's feelings? What if my crush and I never work anything out between us, I'll regret not trying something with 95% girl for the rest of my life. Help!

I've got two girls after me and I need help deciding. For reference, I'm moving in 4 months which complicates things.
Girl #1, lives in current town. Has very similar personality, but not a similar lifestyle (not a partier and don't have too many activities in common). Easy to talk to and could be "the one." Somewhat dating her now.
Girl #2, lives in town I move to in 4 months, someone I have fun with, she's super gorgeous though so not sure if I have a longterm chance (although she likes me now). Has very similar lifestyle, but different personalities. I've also had a crush on this girl for like 4 months.

my ex and i were dating for four months and he hinted at wanting to break up so i did it for him then a month went by and he had hooked up with another person and i started dating a new guy.. but the called me and we talked and he told me that he loved me.. which on his part is HUGE.
so we waited awhile and i broke up with the guy i had been dating.
when my ex and i started dating he told me how much he loved me and never wanted to loose me and that i made him so happy.

No guys like me at my school. I guess Im pretty, all my (girl) friends always say Im sooo pretty and that they wish they had my looks and I never even ask them if Im pretty they just randomly say it. But all my friends that say that, have boyfriends or a bunch of guys like them. And all of my sisters and her boyfriends friends say Im hot behind my back. Im not popular but Im not a geek or anything either, just in the middle. Everyone knows me or knows of me, even all the popular guys! I just dont get why no one likes me. I have a very outgoing personality. Im average in body size. I mean whats going on?

I've been seeing a guy for about a year now. I'm in my senior year of high school and he is a few years older at a college many miles away. I am going away to college next year.
It doesn't seem like that big of a deal, since our relationship has been long distance for the most part anyways, except for winter break, spring break, and the summer (he lives about 10 minutes away from me so i always see him when he is home).
