I need to get a tooth pulled for the first time, and I was wondering if I have to have a shot or if there's another alternative to numb it? I'm deathly afraid of needles..... Please help :(

I need to lose weight. I don't WANT to, I NEED to. Please don't tell me "You're just a kid, stop worrying about it" and stuff because I won't stop worrying about it. I need to be skinny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What are some good inside routines that will help me lose weight really fast? I need some excersize routines (No foods to eat and stuff. I got it covered).

I met this really great guy who adores me. He is a genuinely good guy. We've been talking/dating for about 3 months now. I don't know if I want to be with him or not. He treats me with the utmost respect, and wants to meet my two year old daughter. He's great with kids, in school, never been in trouble, and working...but theres one problem. His pants are always practically at his ankles and I hate it. I've brought it up to him jokingly, but I don't know if he gets the hint. This really bothers me but is it worth giving up a good thing?

Why does he have a big smile on his face when I talk to him?

Whenever I talk to this guy I"m confused because he won't say much but he has a smile on his face. Now I'm not saying anything funny or flirting, I'm just asking him questions related to work. When I ask he only gives one word answers and has a big smile on his face. I'm confused why he is smiling so much when all I asked was a simple question and why won't he say more than one word? I feel so awkward and it makes me not want to talk to him anymore. What's his deal?

How do men perceive virgins?

I am a 24-year-old virgin. I'd never met a man previously that interested me in that way, but recently I have started seeing someone who does. We have fooled around a bit and I told him that I was a virgin, he said he didn't think it was weird or anything, but... I'm curious about the general opinions guys have for virgins, especially at an older age (24)? Does this negatively effect how you would perceive them? Does it positively effect your perception?
Also, I'd like to mention that I am not a virgin for religious reasons. I've had opportunities to have sex and wouldn't have felt guilty about it because I think it's wrong or anything. I am just choosy, I guess.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about six months. We are both virgins. We have been talking about sex for a while now and agreed to wait until we are both ready. We talked the other day and agreed that we are ready and plan to have sex for the first time this Friday.
I am not on birth control but we are going to use condoms. Are condoms effective on their own for preventing pregnancy? I am worried that the condom will break or something will go wrong.

Ok well I'm a 12 year old girl. Well wen I was 4 my twin brother,daniel died of cancer. Well you see today he's been dead for about 6 years and when I woke up I saw him he smiled at me and I said hello and he waved at me. He told me that I musnt worry and that he's ok and its better that he died and didn't suffer. I'm not sure if this is my imagination or what because I kept seeing him! It is so hard i have lack of confidence.. i get stressed way too easily and i just am not worthy of anything.. i hate my body and i feel ugly on the inside and outside.
