Condom fell off, could she be pregnant?

So me and my girlfriend were having sex, she has been on the Depo Proverba shot for about 4 months and has never been late. During one of our positions I realized that my condom had came off so we stop and I get it out. It was deep in so there was no way I could see what was in it, but I know that I never got off inside of her. Also I had urinated since the last time I got off so I feel like the pre-cum should be clean as well. After I got the condom out we completely stopped having sex, so should I be concerned about her being pregnant?

Hi everyone, we're 24. I'm female. We only live about an hour away from one another, but that in combination with my career and his erratic hours is enough to make us both very lonely quite a lot of the time. We love each other very deeply, and we're each other's best friends, but we've had some problems.
He had what I'll call a moment of weakness and messed around with someone else. I won't go into detail, but because it wasn't really something intimate, I've decided to give him the benefit of the doubt not to do that again. Yes, I feel betrayed, but I'm not upset as I expected, or as he expected. I don't know. Hi.. I'm 12 years old, female.
So yesterday, I got done eating and I asked my OWN dad for some gum. Then, he said "It's all 'candy candy candy gum gum gum' with you. " That's when I just wanted to cry.
And that's not all. Kids at school call me names too. I told them and all they did was tell them to stop - they didn't!! I told them again and they said "Well they should express their facts and opinions". I told my mom and she didn't care. They can't move me to another school.

Can anybody urgently help please.
I want to commit suicide in a peacefull and painless way without jumping infront of moving cars , Laying on a railway track ,jumping from a 17 storey building ,cutting my wrists,taking any kind of a tablets.The remedie i,m looking here for should be 100% death guaranteed without any failures.I would prefer to go to bed at night or day and fall of to sleep and never wake up again.If a had a firearm it would have been easy for me.Please help me with advice which is guaranteed. I have known my fiancé for about 4 years now, in that time he has become my other half, my light, love, and joy. Sadly he had to move away due to work and it has become harder and harder to even talk. I feel torn apart because I miss him so much and it doesn't feel like it used to anymore, dating and all. I trust him, and know he would never cheat. I'm not worried about that. I'm scared of the loneliness I feel every night without him. I don't think about other men, just him. But it tears my heart apart knowing I can't reach him as easily as before. I know I would rather be lonely then not have him at all but I also feel caged. What can I do to get over this sadness? Hi! So I'm at a young age (11-13.. Hint hint). And I hate my body so i've been wanting to get anorexic, but I decided that wasn't a good idea. So I decided I should get into excersizing.
I did a little research and there are excersize routines that makes you get muscle (which makes you look heavier) and I don't want that. I just want to lose weight.
What are some excersize routines to make me lose weight and not gain muscle?
(Telling me to not worry won't do anything.. I'm now teaumatized. Just please help :(. )
