Help!! Hi! So I'm at a young age (11-13.. Hint hint). And I hate my body so i've been wanting to get anorexic, but I decided that wasn't a good idea. So I decided I should get into excersizing.
I did a little research and there are excersize routines that makes you get muscle (which makes you look heavier) and I don't want that. I just want to lose weight.
What are some excersize routines to make me lose weight and not gain muscle?
(Telling me to not worry won't do anything.. I'm now teaumatized. Just please help :(. )

Before you begin any kind of diet and excercise regime, go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked. Many people gain weight not from over eating or under exercising, but because they have an overactive or underactive thyroid gland. 'Hyperthyroidism' is what it is called. My mom has it and she was always big and had difficulty losing weight regardless of how little she ate or how much she exercised. Another thing to check also Is your speed of metabolism. You know how some people don't seem to gain weight even though they can eat an entire house? These people have a fast metabolism so they are better able to maintain a steady weight regardless of how much they eat. Once you determine your rate of metabolism, if it is slow, there are some foods you can eat and some yogic exercises that can speed up metabolism. Walking everyday for bout 30 minutes is a good place to start. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Grapes are good for helping lower colesterol and blood pressure as well as speed up metabolism. Good luck. :) ]
First, girls will not put on muscle like guys do. You don't have enough testosterone in your body for that. Exercise will tone your body and make you look healthy, which is super attractive to guys. The best exercise is swimming because it uses every muscle in the body and it will give your body shape a very nice taper plus it is great for your aerobic health and burns boatloads of calories if, say, you swim a mile or two at a time.
You also have to remember that women are also genetically determined to retain a certain amount of fat. It's what makes you soft to the touch of a man and helps gives you boobs and a butt.
Finally, at your age, your body is just beginning to develop. Everything will fall into place where it should and 1-2 hours a day of exercise will aid that.
So don't pick at yourself unnecessarily. You'll be fine. ]
WARNING - WARNING: TO BE UNDERWEIGHT IS MORE HARMFUL THAN BEING OVERWEIGHT.
Exercise is always good, but exercise for the right reasons. You haven't said how tall you are or how much you weigh or what you skeletal frame size is. All of these are factors in what a proper wight for you should be. If you are in fact over weight then yes exercise to reduce your weight is good.
At 11 to 13 years old the pudginess you may be seeing as fat may not really be bad fat. It may be the fat your body has been storing waiting for you hormones from puberty to kick in and transform you from a girl child into a young women and in a few more years a young lady.
If you diet and loose to much weight your body in an effort to keep itself running properly will feed upon this fat. IF that happens the things you are weighting for won't happen or if they have started they will stop. Your breast won't grow, your period will not come and your body will not reshape itself as you desire.
These are facts not parental fairy tails. These are the first problems people who are anorexic undergo as do those who over exercise such as Olympic athletes.
Before you head down the wrong road you need to find out just what your true weight should be. The best person to ask this of is you family doctor or pediatrician. A doctors visit before starting an exercise routine is necessary anyway to get your doctors approval and have the doctor monitor your progress while working out. It is a safety factor that needs to be followed.
My recommendation is ask mom to make a wellness appointment with your doctor before you start a workout program and get the facts from your doctor first. ]
What matters is the consistency in losing weight and i don't know how to say this but usually the more you exercise , the more muscle strength you will gain . Your muscle cells undergo anaerobic respiration and the more pain you experience when you're exercising , the more oxygen is needed (oxygen debt) so that is why the muscle gets tougher . You'll learn this . Anyway , how about running or jogging ? At least 30 minutes or more if you are willing to or just cycle . People doing this usually results in a better figure of themselves , unlike the weight-lifters :D ]
