Question Posted Saturday October 20 2012, 10:11 am
I just recently got out of a 3 month relationship. I was dumbed and I can't get him out of my mind. I keep remembering all the good moments in our relationship. I really don't know why he dumped me he just said it wasn't working. Any suggestions as to how to get my mind off of him and how too get over him?

My ex just dumped me two days ago after 4 months saying he just didn't like me. Boys can be so inconsiderate.
But even in the short time period I have found fabulous ways to get over him. First of all, I don't care who you are, listen to Taylor Swift songs, She is a life saver! Second of all, try to make yourself busy all the time. Don't let yourself be alone, constantly be with family or friends because than your mind will be focused on other things besides him. I don't know if your religious but I find praying very helpful too. Just try to focus on other things and do something good for yourself! Go on a run, go tanning, get your nails done or take yourself shopping, I know it's cheesy but it will make you feel special! Sorround yourself with the people you love and the ones that love you back and remember that he clearly is missing out if he dumped someone like you!
