Leg/back pain at night

So I have this problem which seems to be at night usually..my lower back hurts and tightens up along with my leg muscles. I have a problem with a vertebrae on the top of my back but that seems to be different but this is constantly almost everynight in my lower back in the center and the back of my whole legs. In thinking either restless leg syndrome or fibromyalgia maybe? Please help this sucks

Where to study?

I'm currently a college student living in a rental home with my friends. My grades haven't been the greatest the past year and I'm really trying hard to get better in school. Something I noticed is that I have terribly study habits. I hate studying in quiet, I always need some kind of noise around me, whether its music, tv, people talking etc. I can never study for more than 30 minutes straight, otherwise I get off track and antsy. So i'm trying to get a new study habit. I've tried studying at my school library, but most of the time I get sidetracked and look for people I know. Plus, I hate walking all the way there and back. Is it okay for my dad to make me kiss his lips (13yr old female)

I am a 13yr old female and never liked to kiss my dads lips. It's isn't a full out make out session but just a really long pucker up and get your face smushed thing. I turn my head so he gets the memo to kiss my check but then he gets really mad at me. I turn to leave and I'm yelled at until I come back. He then says "what the hell is wrong with you?!?" And is ticked off for the rest of the day. My mom and sister are then mad at me too because I can't suck it up. My dad doesn't kiss my sister on the mouth though! He will grab me by my arms and kiss me really hard and won't let me leave! Then sometimes he will kiss my neck and my shoulder and collarbone which makes me really uncomfy. Is this ok?

ok so im 16, girl, and basically iv been friends with this guy for a few years now, we have been jammin a lot more in the last year and have liked each other on and off for the last two years, i decided to keep it as friends but with benefits ( any teenage boys dream right?)
well i proposed it to him and he said yh, but nothings happened since... im bored of playing the waiting game but has not expirence in that area where as i do but im not used to being the chasing so i dont know what to do, i just wanna know how to play it

Late period with intricate background influences

Alright, so, my boyfriend and I have never had intercourse, but not too long ago we were fooling around -- he still had his boxers on but I wasn't wearing anything, and his genitals were pressed against mine. We noticed that his boxers were wet, but weren't sure if it was him or me. Here I am, about 3-ish weeks later, 6 days late. Also, I am extremely ill from a really bad cough that's going around (been at home for nearly a week), and was stressed to the max about 2 weeks ago. Is it more likely that I am pregnant or just late? I have a gyno appointment tomorrow, but am still unsure of how to ask, as I am only 17 and quite nervous. I'm 16, I've been with my boyfriend for a couple of months now, but somehow I feel like he still has feelings for his ex girlfriend. He has kept her texts from when they were together, all the texts she has sent him about feelings, there all on his inbox. I know she still texts him, especially when she's had a drink because he's told me; I'm not sure what he texts back to her though. I know he does text her back. I've asked him if he still cares about her, but when I've asked before, he kind of went mad, but he said he didn't. Concert Tickets: I had my friends buy them for me already (mom doesn't know) but my mom won't let me go!

Well, I already have tickets to a concert this week with my friends back in October, and I really want to go. However, when I proposed this to my mom in November, she said NO after I told her that it cost $218. I, however, did not tell her that my friends had already bought the tickets for me in advance, fearing she would just be disappointed and "hurt" cuz i didn't ask her in advance. The day is drawing nearer and I have yet to persuade my mom to let me go to the concert. I've tried pleading her, but she just got mad and said "your studies aren't great, why should I let you go? A plan to get fit for volleyball season

Okay, it was my freshman year playing volleyball and I made the freshman team. The coach said I had lots of potential, but the girls on the team did think so. They told everyone I was the worst player on the team. The varsity parents ALL told me I had improved a lot over the season. Then a sports banquet the team voted who got what. I didn't get most improved. That was my snapping point. I am going to fight back by working harder and getting on varsity team. I tried looking up information on diets, workout plans, and self training programs for volleyball players but I do not know how to put it all together. Is there an online workout and diet plans for volleyball or a site that will pacifically form to may need? And any tips of motivation would help

Intermittent fasting.

Hi, I am male/23, 213 lbs.
I was 243 lbs 3 months back and lost around 30lbs in 3 months. I am a wide framed guy with fair amount of muscle but a thick layer of fat over it.i am eggetarian.
I do cardio in the morning and weights in the eve. Niw I am kind of stuck on 213lbs for almost 20 days so I was th8nking may be its time to start intermittent fastin. But thw problem is if I start my 8 hour window at 11 o'clock then I wont be able to pump my usual protein after weights in the eve that is boiled white eggs at 9 after gym. So can I skip breakfast and start my window at 1 meaning no meal after morning cardio or is there some way to do this better way.

I just got out of a serious breakup with a woman I was engaged too...
Afterwards being heartbroken and having a knack for picking up women, I had many sexual partners during the course of a year.
Only to find out, while I am finishing a very intense Masters program, that 1 of the bar hook ups whom I barely know, just gave birth to my child. She wants me around, but I am not sure if the kid would benefit to see dysfunctional parents that have only had a sexual relationship.

Guys will make fun of my large breast size and my height. Nobody likes to talk to me and girls laugh at my weight causing low self esteem and starvation. EVERYONE laughs at me for being black and having white friends. What do I do? I'm very shy and have a fear of standing up and talking for myself because of years of abuse. I try to laugh it off but at the end if the day it's so painful! I'm so sorry and I don't mean to complain. What can I do to get them to stop without everyone laughing at me. Thank you.

Shy neighbor

I am a freshman female in college. I've been moved in for about three months now. Some of my neighbors in my dorm are really rude and clique-y, I've made friends with some of the nice ones and then there's my cute neighbor who is really shy. He plays guitar and talks to people and has friends but he is usually with his roommate or in his room studying. I've realized lately, that he has been branching out and hanging out with some of our other neighbors. He even talked to my roommate. Yet, when he and I cross paths in the hall way or somewhere, he can barely look at me, he looks at the ground after looking at me straight in the eyes for about two seconds. How can a 13yr old girl lose weight?

I am 5ft 1in and weigh 128.6lbs. My BMI says I am overweight and I do believe so. My stomach sticks out, I have large thighs, and went curved over to the side you can see fat rolls. I am really short for my age which makes me seem larger than I am. I've always been self concious and have gone to the extremes to lose weight (consuming 75 calories a day and burning off 200-500 calories per day.) and I have a personal trainer who I see once or twice a week. I do not eat bad very often and I still don't eat much because I got used to 75cal a day. My dad was verbally abusive growing up.
