Hi, I am male/23, 213 lbs.
I was 243 lbs 3 months back and lost around 30lbs in 3 months. I am a wide framed guy with fair amount of muscle but a thick layer of fat over it.i am eggetarian.
I do cardio in the morning and weights in the eve. Niw I am kind of stuck on 213lbs for almost 20 days so I was th8nking may be its time to start intermittent fastin. But thw problem is if I start my 8 hour window at 11 o'clock then I wont be able to pump my usual protein after weights in the eve that is boiled white eggs at 9 after gym. So can I skip breakfast and start my window at 1 meaning no meal after morning cardio or is there some way to do this better way.

Breakfast is a very important part of your morning. It's like a car without gas. It can't run. Even if you don't want breakfast at lease have a little bit.
I've also been told by a gym trainer. that cardio works after the 30 minute mark. After the 30 minutes your body is warmed up enough and the fat will start burning after that. [ Jasmine23's advice column | Ask Jasmine23 A Question ]
