its my 3rd day of school. i have a quiz tommarow and im most likely going to fail can someone explain, and answer these couple problems.. The endpoints of MN are M(-3,-9) and N (4,8)? what is the approximae legnth of MN? a 1.4, b 7.2 c 13 ,d 18.4? next question, and different type of question.. Use the given endpoint R and the midpoint RS to find the coordinates of the other endpoint S.... R(5,1),M(1,4)

we got this current event worksheet in class today and i can't seem to find the answers to these two questions . . .
1) What terrorist organization located in Lebanon participated in a war against Israel?
and
2) What law did the U.S. Congress pass which affected American citizens to help combat terrorism?

fall fling

ok so for our school fall dance we need to dress up because it's a costume dance. The theme this year is Once Upon a Time...so it should be like fairytale and stuff like that. It's a date dance too and our date has to have a matching costume. I just need suggestions for costumes and stuff.

well im 16 years old and i live in massachusetts and i'll be turnin 17 in march. i already have my drivers permit and i was wondering do i have to go to driving school? or can i just go take the driving test whenever? how many classes do i have to go to? is it worth going? thanks!

science fair project-fuel cell car research

so i've decided to make my science project about the fuel cell car research, which is basically about using hydrogen as fuel for cars. problem is, i don't know what to do about it. like, you know, for science fair projects, we have to have a problem, then yu have to solve the problem using an experiment. well, i need a problem. i really wanna do this project because i think it's perfect with what's happening in our country - raise of gas prices - and it would be cool to have a project that will show a way to reduce the use of gas, and to save money. so here as are some sites about the fuel cell car research:

how to slim down thighs

hey im 5'5 and average weight. im fit and love running. but lately i have gained a little wait on my upper thigs and my hips. my stomach is fine but i look weird with my thighs sticking out! does any one know any excersises/tapes/tricks to make them slimmer.

i recently had sex with my boyfriend for 4 years and he didn't use a condom like we usually do well i konw i'm pregnant but we broke up and it was really hard for both of us and he lives in mexico so i don't know his number and i'm scared to tell my parents but the catch is i had sex with my best guy friend and well he might be the father so i really need to konw wat to do as well as finding the one in mexico and konwing which is the father and how i can tell my parents and wat i can do as far as adoption?

mkay so there's this guy..please dont stop reading i know you are probably sick of these questions but i rly need help..and i rly like him and i want to go to homecoming with him. but he needs to ask me. i dont want to ask him because girls arent supposed to do the asking. we are pretty good friends and all but i want to be more than that. i really want him to be my bf. he flirts with me all the time before first period when we talk for like half an hour and i dont know if he likes me as more than a friend he just kind of acts like it but it could be me wishing he was acting like that. i dont know what exactly my question is but please help! and please dont say just wait, homecoming isnt that far away and if im going with him i have to have...

hey there is this boy at school named chad and he is 17 like me and he is autistic I have no problem with him being autistic becouse I know he can't help it and he was just born that way,but he follows me everywhere and I can 't get him to leave me alone and iam afraid he's going to ask me to the school prom,but I want to find a nice way to turn him down gently without hurting his feelings should I say can we just be friends or what and how can I get him to stop following me without hurting his feelings becouse I know it will be hard to say no becouse he's autistic and chad dosn't really understand what the word no means please help me!

Okay. So i really do love my boyfriend. And when i tell him i love him he always says something like "yeah right" or "sure you do" or "babe i know you dont love me" do you think he is just fishing for compliments or really serious. i love him more than anything. how can i convince him of that. please help

okay so im always so used to be the skinny girl. and lately ive gained a lot of weight. in one year i gained like 12pounds!!!!! can someone please please help me like maybe lose those pounds cause ive gotten really chunky and i wanna be skinny again. just please help..

i'm reviewing for a BIG test i have in math class tomorrow and i can't for the life of me figure out how to do these two problems.
square root of 12. i know the answer is "2 root 3" but i don't remember how you get that.
and when you are using the quadratic formula. the "B squared + or - the square root of B squared + 4 x A x C. all over 2a." if you don't know the quadratic formula then don't answer this. but i substituted the numbers into the formula correctly but i got a negative under the square root and i don't remeber how to simplify it now.
