hey im 5'5 and average weight. im fit and love running. but lately i have gained a little wait on my upper thigs and my hips. my stomach is fine but i look weird with my thighs sticking out! does any one know any excersises/tapes/tricks to make them slimmer.
all advice is apreciated.

eas09ixo answered Thursday September 7 2006, 9:12 pm: well, i have given this advice to another person trying to lose weight. It really works!! Try the Reebok "Step" tapes with Gin Miller. You can probally find and order them online.
adviceforlife answered Thursday September 7 2006, 7:18 pm: You should try lunges. They help extremely in you leg strength and will tone them up. In case you don't know what a lunge is, put one foot foward and bend your knee until it nearly touches the ground, switch your legs each time you do one. Also, try laying down and moving your legs as if in a bicycle motion, it helps too. Good luck, but it is hard to lose weight, believe me, I know. Try cutting down on calories as well.
