Okay, i have to make a recipie for chocolate chip cookies, using starting off a half pound of flour. From there, i have to figure out all the other recipes. Could someone please help me with this!?
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup shortening
3eggs
3tsp. vanilla
3cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1- 12oz. pkg. choclate chips
Preheat ovent o 350 degrees.
Mix cream, shortening & sugar together. Beat eggs; add to sugar mixture-stir in vanilla. Sift flour, salt & soda together; add to sugar mixture. Add choclate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes.
