What are some good healthy meals??And healthy juices and drinks??How many times a day should i start working out??Im not real real heavy but i am over weight.I had lost weight before and felt really good about myself.How can i get there again??How can i control my junk food craving habits??What are some outdoor activities i can do that will help me loose weight??I really need your advice??

How should I prepare my daughter for a visit to a jail?

her 22 year old sister is in jail for one year for financial crimes. I have decided to allow her younger 17 year old sister to visit but I don't want her to be affected badly by the visit and I am not sure if she really should be in a prison environment, also she might sympathize with her sister and want to "join" her in some weird way or want to get involved in criminal activities as well. I am still wondering if this is a good idea at all. How can I prepare her and what should I tell her beforehand.
is it even a good idea to let her visit?

I have posted on here before about my boyfriend.
I love him quite a lot and I believe he loves me too. We have been together for a year and things have gone well. However, I feel I am not taken seriously and that I am sometimes taken advantage of. He currently lives with his friend and I stay over a lot. His lease is up soon and he wants to get a house with his friend. He always says things using "we" but he is only talking about him and his friend. We have been together through a lot (he was homeless and his ex wouldn't let him see his daughter) we have spoken about how we really have been through things and I feel like at this point we should really talk about a future but all he wants is to live with his friend. So you believe our loving god, with all his compassion, and ability to forgive even heinous crimes would leave a tortured so to burn in hell. How many of these people have conflict with this choice, leaving only one option to say "please forgive me lord." I was guilted into life bt the delay has run out. What of this selfisb act, where so many suffer relentlessly, hopelessly, in screaming silence. It's my first time here asking a question here, so do pardon me if it's too long. Truthfully, i'm in a state of severe depression. I've already come to the point where i'm starting to lose myself drastically, in and out. My self-esteem has reached 1/10 let alone self-confidence and i'm not getting any happier with my life. I feel very, very worthless but i won't commit suicide anyway. I still believe that i've a mission to fulfill.
The thing is, i'm giving up day by day. My grades were very bad last year and certain tragedies took place which somehow affected the way i think of myself. I'm supposed to sit for my major examination this November, and my goal is to achieve 9A+s so i can further my studies in...

So me and my best friend (We have known each since August of 2012.) And we were approaching 50,000 messages on facebook. (I'm a girl he's a guy btw)And we were counting down the messages. I said3...2...1...And then boom! He messages, "I love you." and I did the smiley face and said tomatoes (I had told him previously this was what my 50,000th message would be. This girl and i have been off and on for about 2 years now. She was pregnate with a child, whom was not mine when i met her. We dated (baby died of heart failure) for about a year. She then cheated on me and dated Mr. Macho. After about half a year, she came back wanting me. I accepted, but she was just playing games with me, not really wanting to get back together. So I have this pretty big dark brown freckle "down there" in the area where the pubic hair grows and it's right in the middle. I have been insecure about it my whole life, and my last boyfriend was a jerk about it. How many sleeping pills would a 13 year old girl who weighs 45 and is 155cm have to take until she dies?
How long would she sleep for if she took about 8?
How would she feel the next morning( eg.tired,nauseas ect)
Would she die if she took 8?
How would she look the next day?
If she took it at 9 would she wake up at 6:30 the next morning if someone had to wake her up?

I'm a 13 year old girl in grade 7. I was sexually abused for 4 years but got it sorted out now. My best friend knows about everything I'm gonna be righting about. I've tried killing myself about 3 times once before she came to my school and twice after by taking sleeping pills usually about 5-7. Well I wanna again I really don't wanna live. I'd just like to know what is the most you can take by at the point you'll die? I don't wanna tell my friend this cs she has enough problems of her own right now. I wanted to cut myself last night but I got to scared. Pls just tell me the ammount of pills that would kill you. And how long will you sleep if you take about 7 or 8 and how will you feel the next morning. I weigh 42 and my height is 155 cm.
