Sorry. but this is just my opinion so rate it a 1 or a 5, I'll say it anyway.
You don't want to cheat on your boyfriend. So dump him, get with this new guy and then its not cheating.
If you don't want anything serious and just casual-this sounds like the case, then I suggest for now not having a boyfriend at all, else he will get hurt anyway. The thing is, if you have a boyfriend-its supposed to be just you and him!
So obviously theres something not right about this relationship with your 'boyfriend'-something that makes you unhappy and not want to have sex with him and lose your V to him.
For me, and most people. virginity is a special thing as once its gone, well its gone. I don't know without knowing you personally quite the right advice to give, other than to say I have values and would want to lose mine to someone where there was a mutual affection, not just to say you've lost it.
