advice please: How do I keep from being distracted?

hey im 18F
i need some advice on how not to get distracted easily. I get it, its a weird question, but my problem is i cant completely devote my time on a particular activity for long, i lose focus or get distracted. Like studying or keeping a resolution etc.
I really need some thing that will help:/

so first of all i hope you know what ask.fm is, if not its a social network where u can ask people questions and they will answer.So we are close friends, we hug and she kisses me on the cheek sometimes, but she does that to many other guys, so you can call her a brave girl.There is a dance the 23 of march and i asked her if she wanted to go with me on ask.fm. and she responded not in public but sent it to me privately:

Okay so I'm from the UK and I'm 17/f and I've had my period since I was 11. I'm really confused because this happened for 3 months before and that was because I lost weight and I had GCSE's coming up.
I'm now doing A-levels and I don't know if its stress or something else. I don't eat as much as I used to, but I'm not extremely skinny or fat, I'm in the middle. I do horse riding but I've never had this problem before. I'm really scared and its been bugging me for a while.
Can someone, anyone help me?

It's a bit long but I'd really appreciate the advice.
There's a guy that I am/was interested in but I dont think he likes me. I'm overthinking it, most likely because I've never really met him one on one before. But I just find it odd that I saw him first with my friend (who's about 15), I'm around the guy's age and he's 21. Wednesday was slap ass Wednesday declared the freshmen. I missed doing this in middle school (4 long years ago) so i joined in. My friend and I were talking, we're both 15 and she has had sex with her boyfriend (according to her), more than 100 times. Do you guys honestly think that everyone is destined to meet someone? Especially during a certain time of their life.
I feel like everyone around me has someone or has people in their life they could potentially be with. Whereas me, I don't know anyone who I can see myself with at all. I'm about to be 21 and I can honestly say I've never really been in true love before and Im scared because my life is going to get tougher and more hectic as I continue with school and my career and I'm worried I won't find anyone. I'm also worried that the longer I hold out on finding someone, the more people I could have potentially be with, will find someone else. Sorry for sounding a bit confusing with my thoughts. But what do you think?

I cheated on my boyfriend of 8 years for a period of a year and a half with a guy at work and two times with a guy half my age. He knew before i told him and still took care of my kids that he has helped raised. He has had a meth problem but was clean for 5 years but went back to it and left for about 4 months. Now that he is back and we are trying he thinks that things are going on here at the house all the time. He has gotten high a couple times since then and when he does it gets really bad. I am not doing anything but he has recorded some voices that i have no clue about and i dont know what to tell him. He is going crazy and i understand but i really havent done anything in over a year. What do i do? Are we totally doomed?
