i feel lazy, have a constant desire to eat esp. sweets, getting forgetful, socially remorse, shouting everytime i get irritated, gaining fat and weight, sexually sterile, lost confidence in having a career again.i am 28, an MBA and a mother of a daughter of 2.5 yrs.presently at home.no friends but no problems with spouse.what can be the problem with me as i loathe myself bcause of my laziness and wont do anything even as i know that it is wrong.i am from india

My Tmobile minz

okay so i know this isnt about cumputers but theres no fone catagory!! so my plan, i have 300 minz a month, and free weekends and nights after 7 and tmobile to tmobile. and you know how wen u dial #646# it tells u how many minz are used? well, wenevr i call during weekends or nights, it adds to that! and so im just wondering, is that the simple version, and when they bill me it dosent count? because if it does count im way over my minutes, but i never call anyone until after 8. also, when you go out of the country and you change the time on your fone, does the billing time change to? or do i have to wait until its 7 at the place were i bought it. and, sorry this is so long, but when somone calls me, and i dont pick up, it STILL takes my minutes. any help would serously rock!!! thank you

Ok so I know when anybody says "I have a friend who..." they mean themselves. but im really talking about someone else here
so my friend travis and i were talking about taking midterms next week, and he said he heard about people taking chap stick and running it across the little black bars to make all the answers correct. i know it sounds stupid for me to ask this, but is he right? because there IS a possibility, but if its not true i dont want him to fail his exams, because he would have just wrote down random answers and used the chap stick.
please help me out

Do a lot of people on MySpace have trackers (codes that allow you to see who's visited your MySpace)? I'm a little concerned about my privacy. Is there a way I can get myself to not show up on trackers when I visit a person's page.

i dont get it

so i have a boyfriend. he loves me and tells my im amazing/gorgeous/beautiful and everything a girl loves to hear on a regular basis. we've been together over a year. he says he loves my body. the thing is, i dont love it. at all. i mean yeah i have big boobs but thats about it. im overweight (5'9" about 251 lbs, size 18 pants and 3x shirt). im completely disgusted with my body but somehow he finds me beautiful and almost has me thinking maybe its true. but how do i see myself the way he sees me? i believe that he thinks so but im just like "ugh...why?". he wants me to be self confident but its like i just cant. im ahnee on advicenators if you want a pic (its small though)

Weight Loss Programs

Does anyone know of any dieting programs where they send you food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...other then jenny craig??
and also this might sound stupid, but jenny craig isn't only for women, is it?
(and yes i know i could google, but im terrible at searching, and i thought maybe someone on here might have tried some places out and could give me some advice on places to try, and the places with the best tasting food)

i take advanced swimming lessons and my teacher keep asking me to join the team but all i do is say i'll think about it.i want to join because there's a competition in march that takes place in my ex-boyfriend hometown,so i wanna join so i could see him again(to hopefully not beat the crap outta him if i do)but i don't because i would have to practice like 6 or 7 days a week and i live far from where practice is and i wouldn't be able to get a ride.so my question is what should i do?

Ok so thisz aint about me as yu can see..mi friend lets call her *Nicole* shesz 16. well she had a first love letsz call him *Fred* but he left her aftr a year got hooked up with her ex best friend nd got her prego...wellp she tried othr guysz but culdnt do it kuz she onli thought about her frst love *Fred* thn about 1 year nd a half later or so her Best guy friend hooked her up wit hisz kuzin letsz call him *Henry* she fell fer him tha second she saw him.. they started goin out nd it was like a fairy tail....he sed she was soo special nd tht she was hisz babi grl...she saw in hisz txt messagesz tht he wasz still tlkin to hisz ex...she mentioned it nd he sed she wont stop tlkin to him so she believed him...thn around christmas time he stopp...

right know im single...i want a boyfriend...but i dont know what to do,how to act,or what to say to them. i was hoping i would be a perfect girlfriend for my last 3 boyfriends, but i guess i was wrong because they didnt last very long. i think its because i freeze up and just backfire when im with them. im always so shy with them and i dont know how to act...i want a boyfriend bad but i dont know whats wrong with me please help me out!!! I want guys to see me as a beautiful confident girlfriend.

what are the best foods for losing weight and avoiding crash diets?? I am a comptiv athlte and i swim for 5 hours a day( 2 and a hlaf hour pracics) and do weights too....i eat pretty healthy but i always seem to crash on my energy!! and then i end up bingeing and i'll do this for a week ...then i'll throw up for a week and then i eat helathy again....im having alot of trouble!!
