okay so i know this isnt about cumputers but theres no fone catagory!! so my plan, i have 300 minz a month, and free weekends and nights after 7 and tmobile to tmobile. and you know how wen u dial #646# it tells u how many minz are used? well, wenevr i call during weekends or nights, it adds to that! and so im just wondering, is that the simple version, and when they bill me it dosent count? because if it does count im way over my minutes, but i never call anyone until after 8. also, when you go out of the country and you change the time on your fone, does the billing time change to? or do i have to wait until its 7 at the place were i bought it. and, sorry this is so long, but when somone calls me, and i dont pick up, it STILL takes my minutes. any help would serously rock!!! thank you

And when you look on the weekends i think its just adding minutes from when you used the during the week mine does that too. As for when your out of the country do you have free roaming and stuff? because if not that will take your minutes too. Call the 611 and talk to a Rep and tell them exactly what you told us, they could tell you more about your plan than any of us could. Hope i helped! On your phone, dial 611 to go to Tmobile customer service. Go through all the robot rigmarole and talk to someone there. They will help you. And like I said, sometimes the phone has problems, but the people at customer service are really cool and ready to help.
It sounds to me like you may have a problem. It shouldn't count all of the minutes used, only your peak time minutes used to call non Tmobile customers.
Your phone number should be for the area of the address and zip code provided for billing information. Say you got the phone in New York, but you live in California, the bill will come to California, so you will have a California number. Make sense? Thickbabyie4u answered Thursday January 11 2007, 5:38 am: Can you tell me this first, Do you have the Basic plan, because I have t-mobile too,but my plan is 300 mins unlimited weekends ( and then I have my sidekick unlimited....), so I can see if you have mobile-to-mobile but how did you get nights after 7? Are you sure you have that... cause if you do, it shouldn't count towards your mins, and all it should show is the mins that count towards your 300. On the weekends, my phone tells me how many weekend mins I use... Let me know cause I want to find out... [ Thickbabyie4u's advice column | Ask Thickbabyie4u A Question ]
