If you want information on gluten free tips, I would suggest asking vikki27. Being a Coeliac herself, she knows more about it than most. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]

If you're really determined not to go to the doctor, there should be some gluten-free products at your local grocery/health food store. Make sure to check all your food labels if you're trying to cut it out, and see if it helps. Alternatively, cut out a lot of what you're eating and if it stops, gradually introduce foods back into your diet to see what's causing the problem.
But really, your doctor is your best bet. Even if he or she has you do the same test, at least it will be supervised by a medical professional who can make sure you're getting your proper nutrients.
