weight loss what are the best foods for losing weight and avoiding crash diets?? I am a comptiv athlte and i swim for 5 hours a day( 2 and a hlaf hour pracics) and do weights too....i eat pretty healthy but i always seem to crash on my energy!! and then i end up bingeing and i'll do this for a week ...then i'll throw up for a week and then i eat helathy again....im having alot of trouble!!

FRUIT AND VEGETABLES! For energy, eat a lot of carbs. You'll burn them off anyway, swimming 5 hours a day! :)
