Bulimia increases the risk of cancer of the throat and mouth. If your body doesn't get the proper nutrients for a while, it will work harder to store the nutrients next time you eat; this makes you weigh more. Instead of throwing up, consider going on a minimal diet, such as the one provided on [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

I'm not sure if it can cause cancer but it can make you really ill, you could tear your esophageus, it's really bad for you! stop it! your body is reacting to you throwing up and the little food you keep down is staying in you body so you dont lose too much weight, excersize and eat right, way more effective and it's not life-threatening!

Bulimia does not cause weight loss. It simply causes you to maintain your current weight without gaining anything, and no bulimia can not cause cancer, but it can put you in a hospital or kill you if you aren't careful, so I would stop if I were you because you wont lose weight just become very sick.

Not that I am aware of.

However, it still does cause death. And those who have anorexia or bulimia for years tend to have serious heart complications. Meaning possible heart failure due to all the strain on that very important muscle.

Seek help right away. Even if it is only for a few weeks or months at a time, it is still a severe eating disorder.

There are much healthier ways of losing weight. Try those, because throwing up what you eat and jeapordizing yourself in order to be thin isn't worth giving your life up.

I don't think it can cause cancer, but it can cause you to become so healthy and week you could die!!! If its not even helping you lose weight, why are you doing this? You need to stop, please. Its not doing anything but making you unhealthy. Try to stop throwing up and go back onto a healthy diet, that will make you lose more weight than you are now.
