okay soo i've been dating this guy for alonnnng time for like a year. and we broke up a few weeks ago. we're hanging out in like a month because we still want to "try and be friends"....i told him i wanted him back so he knows but he said we should break up and we can hang out in like a month and see where we are then. (we've broken up in the past for the same reason but then hung out a few times and ended up getting back together) but i want to kinda pull the whole "look this is what you're missing out on" kinda thing to him without coming off as desperate...like i want him to remember all of the fun times we've had...how can i make this one of the most memorable days of his life without looking like i'm trying to hard :)

i've liked my best guy friend for like THREE yrs now .. crazy right??? it's just been such a complicated situation because he had a long time relationship with this girl so i didn't want to ruin that and tell him i had feelings for him. they're broken up now. he's actually tried getting with me. we were more touchy-feely if you want to call it that like a year ago. we would lay in a bed together and just cuddle and i would like rub his stomach and he would put his arm around my waist, it was very cute. he's also tried fingering me, but that was about two years ago and i didn't let him because i wasn't ready at that time. he's always giving me mixed signals though. we've never even kissed!! i think he tried to ONCE ...

Last month I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 and 1/2 years. It was my choice and I know he's upset about it. I now havwe a new oyfriends of a hew weeks and all of a sudden my ex sent me a message on myspace saying "we need to talk...please". I'm not sure exactly what it meant, but I know that I dont want to go back out with him or talk to him now. I don't want to deal with his bull-crap anymore. But I'm not sure if I should say something or not.... what should I do?

me and this kid have had quite the steamy history. at times he'd be really into me, and then i'd be really into him. at one point he said he would leave his girlfriend for me. finally i realized that i really do love him a lot and i want to be with him so i told him. all he said was "i just need time, right now isnt the best time in my life, i do care about you i just need time." what should i do, and how long do you think he will need? im a very impatient person, i just need to know what i should do!

I'm a fifteen, female.
I dated this guy for a few months and he broke up with me because there were rumors going around saying I cheated on him. I would never cheat on him. We lost contact for a while but there's not a day that goes by when I don't think about him. It's been five months since we broke up and a few days ago I ran in to him and we were hanging out for a couple of hours. He has a new girlfriend but he told me he's still in love with me? I still love him but I hardly get to see him since we go to different schools. I don't know what's going on.

Well, I'm shy.I really want to get out of being shy! I've been this way for as long as i can remember. Now I'm not like, shy shy, like one of those people who hides in a corner and doesnt talk to anyone, but I'm the kind of shy that keeps me from being overactive. I'm hyper and honestly, perverted, at times. I like being hyper but it only lasts for a little while then I go straight back into my shell. I also want to be less shy with my boyfriend and be able to actually have fun with him..any tips?

I went out with this guy for about a month in 2007 before the the month we were fooling around. Right now I've been thinking a lot about him but the last time we hung out it was really uncomfortable I ended up filing a report on him and yeah I don't know if he knows or not. Also he's talking to another ex girlfriend that he meet through me...the girl is a bit of a gossip chick if you ask me.
I just called him and left him a message...I don't know what to do or if I should even go through with this. I was thinking of talking to him over dinner with just the two of us. Can someone give me some advice or maybe an experience that they've had. Thanks! =)

I guess you could say i'm not shy at all. i'm a very outgoing girl who loves to have fun and i never feel awkward. it just feels like (and i've been told) that guys are intimidatd by me and thats why they won't approach me or even tell me they like me. i also feel like sometimes people may feel like i'm annoying or something because i'm so outgoing. how can i still be outgoing but maybe less annoying... if i even am??

Perfect Guy

This may seem like an age old question, but how do you find your perfect guy? Of course I know that 'nobody's perfect', but there must be someone who is near perfect for everybody. Someone who loves you for who you are, treats you with respect, isn't afraid to be themselves, laughs with you, wouldn't change you, would do anything for you, holds you in their arms, and is just a good friend who makes you feel special inside. I know this sounds like a lot, but there must be a guy out there who can fit some of this and is meant to be mine.
I've never met any guy I have fallen in love with, I have never dated because all the guys I know are jerks or players, I live in a little town, and I don't know where I can go from here.

hey! i posted this question (btw thanks to all who helped!)
i really want to talk to him about this the next time he is home from college. but lets say im afraid to speak up and bring up a awkward topic like an ex girlfriend to him. im a shy spoken girl with stuff like that. and i usually push it off when i do have the chance. i dont want to talk to him about this via videochat, phone or especially aim/text. i feel like if he wanted to avoid making me upset he would lie to me about it or something or make up bullshit excuses.
so next time i see him in person, how should i just start it off? i want to know how i can say it in advance so i dont choke on my words when the moment comes.
and any tip...

I'm a girl, and I'm 16. My boyfriend and I have been dating for five months almost six, I know it's not long, but we've mutually been liking eachother since the 7th grade. I'd even want to say that I've been in love with him since then. This is all kind of pointless to what I have to ask, but I figured I'd share a little information.
Anyway, his best friend is a guy. He had a girlfriend. They recently broke up. We were together, and he just left my house to go be with her and comfort her, because she was so devestated that HIS best friend dumped her. Why does he need to comfort his best friends, ex? I got really mad at the fact that he just got up from my house and went to be with her.
Is this something that I should worry abo...

16/f So I was recently broken up with by my boyfriend Jake who is now my best friend. I still do love him but I have gotten over the shock and most of the pain that I felt at first. I have accepted it. So I've been helping him because he really likes this girl who is bisexual and she likes Jake and this girl Jane. The problem is that she likes the other girl a lot more and things have been working out between them. So my best friend (Jake) is devastated. :/

how can you get over someone? and how long does it usually take? some background info is: we dated for 15 months (broke up for 3, realized we couldn't do it then got back together), and were each other's first loves, we didn't have sex but he's the first guy who's ever seen me naked and i've ever been sexual with. i want to know an estimated time it will take to forget him.
we broke up a few days ago and i have this huge hole in my heart and i want it to just go away...(or at least until we start hanging out again in like a month) we agreed to hang out in a month and try to be friends and see where it picks up from there....so what can i do to just get him out of my headdd? :/

This may be alittle long so sorry....
So as some of you know I am moving back to germany in dec and I met a guy that is from there online. We met on a Germany myspace sight and than we started talking on ICQ. We aren't able to call becasue I got my phone bill in thi smonth just from calling my brother who lives in germany..that would be a hell no! haha but he only has internet access at work ebcause its actually really expensive to have internet access at home.
Anyways things were going great for the last couple of weeks than he had some days off from work and I wasn't able to talk to him so I was alright with that, but than I got worried after a week of not talking to him and thats when I posted a thread abou...
