Is it bad that i'm not shy??
18/female. I guess you could say i'm not shy at all. i'm a very outgoing girl who loves to have fun and i never feel awkward. it just feels like (and i've been told) that guys are intimidatd by me and thats why they won't approach me or even tell me they like me. i also feel like sometimes people may feel like i'm annoying or something because i'm so outgoing. how can i still be outgoing but maybe less annoying... if i even am??

hmm. my friend is kind of like that. she is very.. bold. she talks loudly, and says whatever she wants, and does whatever she wants, she is very talkative too, is that what you mean by outgoing?
i always tell my friend to just think before she does or says something.
i don't know why guys are intimidated by you, usually guys like outgoing girls, just like anyone likes anyone outgoing, they are easier to talk too.
maybe just bring it down a notch, if you are worried about it.
but if you like the way you are, don't change!
