im a virgin and i know sex is going to hurt. is there anyway i can break my hymen so that it wouldnt hurt as much? or would that even help? or what can i do so that it wont hurt as much?

hey, well recently ive been experiencing blood in my underwear. this is about day 5 of it. no, its not my first period. that already happened for me. its not enough blood to be a regular monthly period, plus i already had that this month. i know that girls periods are irregular, but trust me, ive gotten my period two times in a month before and its nothing as little as this. im aware that you bleed from sex (im not sure how many days after it keeps bleeding), but im pretty sure that im a virgin unless i got raped in my sleep or something. the first day that this started i hadnt seen my boyfriend in about 4 days (i was in trouble). so im just wondering what are you advicenators imputs on this?

So everytime my boyfriend tries to finger me it hurts. Is there anyway to make it stop? Any suggestions from anyone? Or comments if this has happened to you? I also don't think it's because I'm not wet enough it just hurt when he pushes on a certain spot. Well thanks if you can help!

okay well all my friends would tell you that i have the perfect life, i get perfect grades in school, i have a great relationship with my family, and up until now ive had no family troubles. this morning i found out that my dad was admitted into a phsyicatric hospital because he said something to his councelor that worried him. he has been having many many problems with his work because he is a cop and i just dont know how to deal with it. i have a competition for dance this weekend and i have never had to deal with anything like this before so its new to me. hes not gonna be there to see me dance like he always is. and i would just like some advice on how to handle this or what to do. thank you so much in advance.

Eating Disorder?

I always used to think I'd never be a person to get stuck under the effects of anorexia or bulimia...but here I am today. It's not like I've actually started doing anything, but a few times I've found myself getting more...diet obsessed. Like when I'm hungry, I'll stay clear of any food that's fattening or wait till the next meal.
I REALLY REALLY love gross food too, and it's hard that i want it but want to get away from it so badly. I'm always weighing myself. I drink sooo much water because I heard it helps you drop weight, I drink slim fasts any chance I get in place of meals, and when my mom takes me for fast food when we're out I eat barely any and give it to my dog when i get home.
Do you think I have a problem? Or am I just healthily concerned?

this is weird,this morning when i woke up i took my retainer out and rinsed my mouth out with water and there is a white line on my four front teeth like where my retainer ends on my teeth. so it does my normal color teeth then a white line on the other half does anyone know how to get rid of this ?

my best friend, marah's, birthday was yesterday, and her & her boyfriend and a few other people are going out to eat tonight. my boyfriend [clay] and i were invited. but, clay and i already had plans to go out to eat and do the whole "valentine's" thing tonight [because we were both snowed in on v-day] and then come back here and have dinner with my some of my family that's in for the weekend. so, i told marah i'd try and go, but knew i most likely couldn't make it. of course, this made her mad.

i dont know how to just have fun!! i cant think of anything,im just like a doll,or a shell. I don't have anything to do at sleepovers,that is if i have any ! I mean,i have friends,but they're only school friends,and i dont think they find me interesting. I wish i could just scream and not be afraid to yell and have fun,but i can't! i feel like there is nothing i can do about this,and i fell like im just a lost hopeless person with no reason,i just feel...mediocore[sp?] and boring.i seriously dont have a life. and i really want one. Hey. Well, I don't mean to seem stuck up or concieted(sp) but everyone has always told me I'm wicked mature for my age. And when I go out or something with my friends, they often do things I know are wrong, but I really want to do anyways (not like smoking and stuff, just drinking on a very rare occasion.) And like, I really wanna have a fun time with them, like when we all have our boyfriends with us [on the rare occasion I have a boyfriend] and they're all like attached and stuff. I don't know if that information really helped, but I'm wondering if there's a way I can make myself loosen up and get a little bit less uptight. Help! Thank you :)

I don't really know how to start this off so i'll just go from the begining.
So, I liked this guy (g) for a while, and my mate (j) found out about this and started acting all funny with me. Over time i kind of went off G and starting having feelings for J. So I got my friend to tell J (who still thought i liked G) "You know she don't like G any more...she likes someone else"
Right after she had told J, I walked into our form room (this was at school) and he shouts my name, calling me over and says "what was all that about?" and i just said dont worry.

I have really dry hair from dying it and blow drying it every morning. I was wondering if anyone could recommend an affordable shampoo & conditioner (deep conditioner, preferably) that'll help restore my hair AND that'll keep it from fading? (I have platinum blonde hair and currently use Blonde Expressions by Pantene Pro V). Also, I'd like to know a product I can put in my hair after I shower, BEFORE I blow dry my hair that'll make it soft and smooth? Thank you!
