my house consists of two five lbs weights, 2 3.5 lbs weights, a tredmil, a trampoline (i use it for cheerleading stuff but its too cold right now), a exercise ball, and thats about it. what are things I can do with these to get a work out (i already run everyday) or things that can just get me to loose weigh around the house?

Masquerade Party Activities

I'm having my Sweet Sixteen this weekend, and I'm having a Masquerade Ball. I love the idea and I think it'll be fun, but all we'll be doing for two hours is dancing. Does anyone have any ideas for games and activities that aren't childish? No spin-the-bottle or seven minutes in heaven, because it's going to be supervised. And no games that involve going outside. Slow internet

I got a new laptop for Christmas that has a wireless internet connection.
The signal is pretty strong and up until now it's worked fine at a good speed. However, over the past couple of days the internet has suddenly got much slower and it's getting really irritating.
I tried running a disk cleanup, clearing the cache, deleting any unecessary programs and defragmenting to see if it made any difference - which it did for a short while - but it's still overly slow.
Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can speed the internet back up?
I use Internet Explorer 7 if that helps.

Bright red and olive skin?

I'm tempted to get this shirt (1), which comes only in a *bright* red colour.

I have black hair and dark eyes. I currently have pale skin but I tan easily and my natural skin tone is olive (or 'Asian'). Could I pull bright red, even just any shade of red, off? Or should I go for something more subdued? Even some advice about which colours generally would work helps.

k, so my friend thats a girl(not my gf) was going out with a guy that she didnt really like. Then her bf found out that she liked another guy, but didnt do anything about it and he let her know that he knew. Later into the relationship she didnt want to be with him anymore and they broke up. She then hooked up with the other guy that she liked and now the guy she used to go out with h8s her and is not talking to her. Also the two guys,i think are still friends.

ok i have acne and i tryed ever face wash all it does is make me face brake out more and i have no money to get a face docter and i wanna know how i can llok better and what kinda face wash works and i have blonde hair and brown eyes is pink eyeshadow and black eyeliner good for my makeup

A bit of everything

Well, one of my online friends advised me to take the EAT-26 test. I took it and I scored a 45. Even though I'm overweight, my weight sluctuates between 20-25 pounds. But supposedly, if you score about a 20, you should seek some help. Yea..right. Like anyone will believe I have an eating disorder.
And lately, I've just been feeling depressed and deprived of all life. I usually don't feel like this..I just think it's the fact of my weight. But I've even had the thoughts of killing myself lately. I don't know. Everything just seems wrong. Any suggestions on how to feel somewhat better?

i dont like my boyfriend. hes sweet and really nice, but i dont love him.
i dont know if i can break up with him though because first of all he really loves me, and second of all he is my best friends cousin and they are really close.
i dont want to break his heart and i dont want to hurt my best friend. to make it all even worse is that all his relatives know about us and support our relationship. =/

okay, I go to a private school and i absolutely DESPISE it. I've asked my mom to change my schools and she says not until i bring my grades up and stop missing so much school. but the problem is...i fake sick as much as i can so i dont have to go. ok my best friend's birthday was on friday. for her birthday, she went to the movies with her other best friend( my xbest friend) and she spent the night at her house, yaddayaddaydadda
well my problum is, my friend barely even TALKED to me durring the weekend.
whenever shes around her other friend, she doesnt really talk to me too much, either.
also, for her birthday, her other friend baked her cookies and made her a card with a picture of her and pictures of all of her friends around it(my picture was mysteryously hard to reconize and a dark gray color) and i only had time to give my friend a cherry-cream filled hershy's kiss.
my point is, i dont want my friend to think her other friend cares more about her tha...
