Question Posted Monday February 19 2007, 9:08 am

14/f

my house consists of two five lbs weights, 2 3.5 lbs weights, a tredmil, a trampoline (i use it for cheerleading stuff but its too cold right now), a exercise ball, and thats about it. what are things I can do with these to get a work out (i already run everyday) or things that can just get me to loose weigh around the house?

Just do basics, like, when you do sit ups, use the weights too. do push ups while you're laying on your stomach on the exercise ball.
