My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 3 years. For the first year or 2 he was the sweetest thing ever. I couldn't imagine being with anyone else, then at our 2 1/2 we were apart for the first time ever as I was over seas, and it's like he had a mid life crisis. When I came back he said he was depressed, and he wasn't in love with me anymore, and he wasnt going to college and he was moving back home, and he was joining the military. I was so confused! Well, he changed his mind about not being in love with me, and we're back together, but now he randomly gets pissed off, and I have no idea why. I've been pondering the idea of being homosexual for some time now. Last week I fully decided that I am really gay and that it's what I want to be. I've always been attracted to the same gender so it isn't too shocking to realize this about myself. I've dated a lot of people before (nobody of my same gender) but I've never been happy with anyone and I know this must be the real reason why.
My problem is that I want to tell my mom and my dad about me being homosexual before I tell anybody else. My mom probably won't like the fact that I'm gay but it's who I am, right? She'll understand that being a gay teen is hard though so I'm not afraid she's going to anything drastic like kick me out.

Okay so, Ive been dating this guy for a few weeks and things have been great. We are seriously perfect for eachother. He lives 30 minutes away but he told me it didnt bother him, and I have no problem with a long distance relationship.

I've been dating my boyfriend for two months now and I've come to realize that I really don't have any interest in him. I'm ready to "move on" to somebody else that interests me more and that can make me happy.
My boyfriend is good guy though. I don't want to hurt his feelings but I don't want to lie to him either. We're just not compatible, I guess, because I think he's really boring and strange. I even feel stupid for going out with him in the first place!

I'm a 21 year old female. I rejected a guy about a month ago, not because I didn't like him (i really did like him), but because I had just started to date someone else, and didn't want to see 2 guys at the same time. I only hung out with the guy I rejected once, but we had a good time. Nothing physical happened. I wrote him a short, nice message apologizing and explaining why I couldn't see him anymore. Now this relationship is over, and I really want to get in touch with him again! I don't know if I should. Will he react badly since I rejected him? Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait?

How am I supposed to ask for advice if I dont know what my problem is. This is what happened to me a few weeks ago. I met this lady, a very brilliant, smart, sophisticated type of a woman.
She went out with me several times, we shared notes in our school work...she is a Physician Assistant student at University of Minnesota and am going for my masters in Mass Communication and Journalism.

My boyfriend and i are going for an extended weekend away in our local city. What are some fun things we can do? We are both 20 and a usual weekend for us is just hanging out at home, going to the beach, going for walks, going out for lunch or dinner. What are some new things we can do because we usually feel like we are wasting the weekend by not doing much. Since we are going for a weekend away we want to do something different.

Everyone says that we should plan ahead before my boyfriend and I have sex. I've heard things like we should talk about STDs and protection against pregnancy befoer we even start to do anything sexual. I want things to be romantic and to go smoothly when we have sex for the first time. I haven't really brought this up with my boyfriend though. I've been dating this guy for almost a month now and he seems to be a pretty good guy but things about him make me think he is only using me.
