i cut often and im not really afraid as to what people think of me but i wouldnt choose to hear it...i just transferred schools and i know that they feed on drama.....i dont want to be any part of that but the summer is coming and its getting really hot.i want to be able to show my arms without hearing whispers but i dont know what to do......i know they will talk......i just want to do my work.....what should i do?

i've had a rough childhood and i never told anyone how i felt.i never wanted to be the girl who had problems.i was well known in school as the goofy kid who had alot of friends.but little did they know i was a cutter.raped by my father,and my mother was barely home.i started to cut at the age of eleven when they finally found out what had happened with my father.i only saw him once in my life and that was how he showed he cared.......now,im so alone.i dont trust anyone but myself.i dont know what to do anymore but i need someones help.......i cant keep it in anymore.please help me.....

Well I am 23 and got engaged when I was 17. My mom has been very supportive of this and happy for the two of us. Then my Dad isnt very happy he hasn't talked to me since I told him I was engaged. I know I have never been close to him but it has been really bugging me since I am to be getting married in May. I know that he is not going to be the one to walk me down the isle I told him that along time ago that it would be my brother that is going to. But what I am trying to see is should I get married without my dads approval?

I'm 17+.I loove singing! so I'd love to add my songs which i have recorded on the record player on my computer to my page on the hi5 website which is

. the problem is that I dont know how to add the song file .. a code is needed ryt? how to get a code made for my song file so i can attach it? please it would be such great help if u can help me!!!! I'd be ever so greatful!
also i would love to know how to add some other music files i have on my comp in my space in hi5... what is a good website to find codes for songs? (example( codes for avril songs, linkin park songs etc.. cos I'm a freak on them!)

okay so there's this friend of mine and she just found out who i like----she's known the guy a lot longer than i have and she's used to be good friends with him, and now that she knows she always says stuff to me "playfully" like "oh he likes me better" and its kinda getting really irratating cause i like this guy even though its a weird match...(which she has also said to me "oh you guys would be a weird match),,,, and im completely confused cause she really likes this other guy so,,,,,,,
it just confuses me--- or am i just overthinkin it??

Need a makeup tip for straightening/relaxing eyelashes

I need advice on straightening/relaxing my eyelahes. They are so curled up and short, mascara makes them look stubby.
Please don't tell me I'm lucky to have them, this isn't the long, lush type of curl I have. This is the too tightly wound curl that won't cooperate.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So this guy we are basicly dating and he is really cute and really sweet. He like gives me lil kisses on my hand and on my cheek and tells me how beautiful i am but i`m sort of scared. There are other guys that like me including two of my exs that are going to be mad and never talk to me again. One of my exs I was inlove w/ but he hurt me really bad emotionaly. so in college we're making a news doco as part of our course. around 10 girls wanted to be the presenter, and it was suggested we all stand up and say why we wanted to be the presenter and our "credentials" so to speak. then the class voted for who they wanted. not one single person voted for me, but everyone else got at least 1 vote. this stung a lot. i've only just started college and thought this was a little immature, it would have been better drawing the names out of the hat i thought. anyway i thought it was more a beauty contest than a judge on talent or even character. but i'm still really upset. especially since one guy said to me its because i dress "punk" so i would look weird as a news presenter. the girl who...

Diet and exercise

So I'm deciding to go on an extreme diet and exercise plan in 1 week. I'm going on this plan for 2 weeks. I'll be hitting the gym at least 4 days a week for about 2 hours a day. And I'll be eating stuff like chicken alone without rice and bread with some butter. Will it work? I plan to eat 2 meals (breakfast and dinner alone).
how much lbs can I lose? I am 195lbs right now and I really want to lose about 8lbs. I want to lose more but if i lose about 8 my body will hopefully reshape and 'toughen' up!
