Keeping up with workouts

From the 1st of July, I'm getting a pass to a gym. Fortunately for me, this gym is 5 minutes from my apartment and it means that I'm hoping to go work out every other day.
Ideally, I need to lose at least 20kgs, but I am not in a rush to do so (as in I don't want to starve or over-work myself)
I'm already eating better - mostly veggies, giving up sugary drinks. But my problem is, how can I motivate myself to go work out every other day and how long can I expect it to be, before I see results?
It might sound pathetic, but I only really reach a motivational state where I see a physical change in my body as well as feeling better and more refreshed - what can I do meanwhile that will motivate me to ...

Stretch marks on my boobs?

I'm 13 and I started puberty when I was 9. I started growing boobs really quickly when I was 11 and I also got my period that year. But now in the past 2 years my bra size only went from 32A to 34A. But they're all stretch marks and it's embarrassing when I wear a bikini. How do I get rid of them or will they go away naturally?

how can i control my nerves while singing?

I was told that I can sing, like when I thought I was alone in the house I sang Silent Night at the top of my lungs and my mom was sure it was the radio she didn't believe it was me until she made me sing it again. But when it comes to doing it in public I worry and I go out of tune. The most amount of people I sang on front of was about 500. But I got nervous. I'm only 13, how do I control my nerves?

birth control pills

Okay ladies me & my significant other just decided that we want another child. Im in mid pack of my birth control. Is it okay if I just throw it out?? I know ill have withdrawl bleeding a few days after I stop taking them. But is there any dangers if I stop now??

I was bullied by my best friend?

I'm 13 now but this started 3 years ago. I thought everyone was mean for avoiding her so I became friends with her and immediately everyone started ignoring me. Then she hit and kicked me everyday I didn't know what to do so I kept it a secret. Then she kept telling me that I have no dad ( I do and he lives with me mom and my brother too) I hated it so much I ran away from home once or twice and I had suicidal thoughts. But now some people know and I'm not talking to her again. But we're going to secondary school in a few months and she's going to the same one! How can I avoid her?

Why am I so afraid of bugs? Is anybody else so scared too?

Simple question so many people ask all over the world. Why am I afraid of bugs? It's not the I just scream and run away, but it's more than that.
What happens is if I see one I just freeze and I watch it movements. I make sure not to lose it. My heart is also beating a hundred miles a minute, and my eyes are so wide! If I lost it, then I panick. And if it gets real close to me or if I lose it and I don't know where it is, I actually start to cry.
I never had a huge problem. I'd just tell my dad or somebody to kill it. Then I'd go back to normal. I'd never cry actually. But recently my fear for them is getting bigger and bigger. To the point where they're winning. As in I change my ways to avoid them.

Hi I am a 14 year old girl. I have a high metabolism so I weigh 103 lbs and I already have a flat stomach and my arms are in pretty good shape so I'm not so much worried about that but I have, I think it's called "cellulite" on my thighs and it gets on my nerves. I would like to get rid of most of it before I go to the water park next month....how could I get rid of "cellulite" before then?

Hi everyone so I'm 17 years old and my boyfriend is 19 almost 20 and we have been together for over a year and I am obsessed with him. Not in a stalker way or anything but I am so in love with him. I have never had to many friends because I like to stay clear of drama but my best friend is dating my brother so I don't enjoy hanging out with them...and when my boyfriend hangs out with his friends I have nothing to do...ever..unless I'm working. And I don't really like many of his friends ..they're obnoxious immature and rude. What can I do to be less obsessed with him and maybe make a friend. I feel pathetic but my life completely revolves around him..he didn't make it that way ..I did...and I don't know how to adjust it. Thank you!!

Hi!! My boyfriend has been recently diagnosed with urinary tract infection..Even so, we've been having sex ; and he hasn't worn a rubber..Can this be risky, dangerous or something?? Because I haven't had any strange symptoms ever since..thanks in advance!!

Is it a good idea to progress things with my friend, does he like me back?

For a while now, I've liked my guy friend as more than a friend, but I'm not sure he likes me back.
He always reads my blog when no one else does, and he talks to me when I sit next to him in lessons. When I sit next to him, he acts comical and does things like take my ruler or swap out pens.
He sometimes leans on me when he's talking to the boy sitting the other side of me, and our elbows will often be touching for minutes at a time (with neither of us moving them).
I sometimes see him looking at me, and when he talks to me when we sit opposite each other, he often looks at me in the eyes.
We like the same things, so he often messages me links about them,, or puts funny things.
What do you think? ...

I went to the beach recently and returned home burnt pretty bad even with sunblock. So, a few days later, even though I've used lotion, my face began to peel. Now it's didn't skin tones and blotchy, and it looks hideous. Will the sun even it out, or what can I do to fix it?

I have a lot of scabs and bumps on my scalp. This is really weird to me. I was used to getting these when I had a relaxer but I haven't had a relaxer in almost 8 months & I don't plan on getting another one. I have my hair in braids now. I get these sores no matter how my hair is styled. I use tea tree oil and that helps a little. Where are these scabs and bumps coming from?

Me and this guy have been talking for a few weeks now and I finally agreed to hangout with him last night, so we went out to the movies together and then watched Netflix at my house for about an hour; hes pretty shy so he didn't put his arm around me until after awhile and then I noticed his hand kept inching towards mine, so I just grabbed his hand and held it cuz I'm assuming he was too shy to do so. I just got it and I was wondering about the points/high score.
People say you get 12 points per snap but I get 2 points when I send and open.
And I have seen the 'best friend' thingy. Is it because you snap to that user a lot frequently?
