Right this is a tricky situation! This boy who goes to my school and I've know for like 2 years has recently admitted he fancies me :D but I used to like hoim but not anymore. When I said I didn't like him anymore he said that it dosnt matter he has a girlfriend anyway but that was the same day he said he likes me and wanted to be with me ? Has he really got a girlfriend or did he just say that because I rejected him! And how can you tell if someone actually likes you?? Thanks for your help! :)
If he really did have a girlfriend, he doesn't really care about her and makes him look like a bad guy right?
If he didn't have a girlfriend and just said it because you rejected him, then it's just immature and he can't handle rejection.
It's almost as bad as a guy telling a girl he likes her and when she doesn't feel the same he's like, "Well I was joking."

What you need to discover is if he really has a girlfriend. Ask him to tell you who she is because you don't want to the other girl butting in. He needs to decide who he is interested in and not play two girls at the same time. If he is coming after you while dating another girl, then he needs to be honest and tell her he has no romantic interest in her.
If he continues to do this as he grows up, he will be a male you can never rely on because he will always be two-faced, a guy you can't trust.
Ask him what you asked us if you want to know for sure.
Do you really have a girlfriend or did you just say that because I rejected you.
You may be able to revive your interest in him. It's possible but you won't know unless you give it a chance. Let him know you regret being hasty and would like to spend time dating him to see if these feeling for him will come back. You are not promising him anything. But you will be truthful and let him know if those feelings come back or not. If not, you will part as friends and go on to date others.
