Hi I am a 14 year old girl. I have a high metabolism so I weigh 103 lbs and I already have a flat stomach and my arms are in pretty good shape so I'm not so much worried about that but I have, I think it's called "cellulite" on my thighs and it gets on my nerves. I would like to get rid of most of it before I go to the water park next month....how could I get rid of "cellulite" before then?

Just go running, do aerobic style excersises that focus on the legs. Oooh get one of those workout DVDs- you'll feel tired but proud if you complete it~
Just generally eat well and eat less than you burn off. But do not take it too extremes- youre only fourteen and still growing, so you wont need to watch your diet/weight as much as someone who is older. [ soph0900's advice column | Ask soph0900 A Question ]
