Okay so I am 4'11" and I'm about 115 pounds or so.. I know I'm not fat, so don't get me wrong, and I know I'm not like a twig either. But I just would like to be in better shape, so what are some good exercises? Atleast once a week I run three miles, and I try to eat healthy. But any tips? (:

i exersize everyday but its only cuz i want to stay in shape, can i eat what i want and not gain? i mean like not EVERYTING i want, but like chocalate or candys...? and ofcourse ill be eating healthy, but i mean every once in a while.

Well ive been working out for 4 months now [[On my treadmille] and my legs would hurt from time to time, normally you know. not so much pain at all, But recently i began Running, because i got more fit , so i want to start running, and my Calves ALWays hurt me whenever i walk i cant even walk right,have i been working out to hard?
And another question is im like 5'5 and im 13 years old, and i wanna stay IN SHAPE. im 53 kilos, i know it isnt fat at all, but i like to stay in shape,On my treadmille how long do u think i should stay on it and the speed how much? i jus want everyones opinions, please&thank you :) .

i have a lot of anger from drama and stress and relationships in my life. i was thinking about taking up something like boxing for an outlet but i hate violence lol and i would never be able to hit someone. so i was wondering if anyone knows about any classes or something like boxing ect that allows you to hit?im 19 if it helps/ female

im gettin really annoyed of my stomache fat now
before when i was overweight i lost SOO MUCH and my tummy went down sooo much
But its still not so flat i mean its rlly close to being flat
im like 5'4 and i weigh 53 kilos so im not fat at all i run-power walk 2-3 miles everyday but i see a more diffrence in my legs than my tummy but dont get me wronge i always see changes in my tummy but it takes wayy longer to go down
what do i do?
and how do i do it?

Ok, so naturally I am a very skinny girl. So I have a flat stomach. But lately my stomach has been big and sometimes it is soft and other times it is hard. I know I am not pregnant, I think I might be bloated , but do you think I am bloated or I am gaining weight?
Also, I get bloated nearly EVERY TIME I eat and it is really annoying. I already have celiac disease, so I was wondering maybe there might be something else wrong with me.
So...
Question 1) Am I bloated or am I gaining weight?
Question 2) I get bloated after I eat, so is there something wrong with me?

I have been going through shoe brands trying to find something to fit my needs comfortably. I am aware of brands like Nike, Reebok, and Adidas for my needs. I am looking for an affordable walking/running shoe, nothing insanely outrageous in cost. I go outside a lot and walk the neighborhood for daily exercise. Some days I spend an hour or more on my treadmill at home. I really would like something with nice cushioning of my heels but am uncertain which brand and style I should be looking at.
Any advice on which shoe brand or style is best for my needs? Is there anything I should be looking for in particular when trying on shoes at department stores/shoe stores? I have heard very good thing about Nike, specifically Nike Shox, but not from very reliable sources.

Okay so I've been hitting up the gym with this guy lately and we've been doing alot of different things for our legs and arms and such but I'm looking to work on my abs. What are some excersizes I can do to work them out? Not necessarily to get a six pack but enough so that they're hard and not flabby. Also, something I can do with the guy there is a bonus because sometimes excersising with a guy is awkward enough without the random positions.. (but if they work i can do some at home)

Well see it goes like this... about a week or two ago i pulled a muscle in my right leg and it's better now but i feel that it is even more inflexible than it was before. and i am like really flexible and it is just like not cooperating with me. so what are so excises i can do to strengthen it and make it flexible.
