Calves.

Well ive been working out for 4 months now [[On my treadmille] and my legs would hurt from time to time, normally you know. not so much pain at all, But recently i began Running, because i got more fit , so i want to start running, and my Calves ALWays hurt me whenever i walk i cant even walk right,have i been working out to hard?
And another question is im like 5'5 and im 13 years old, and i wanna stay IN SHAPE. im 53 kilos, i know it isnt fat at all, but i like to stay in shape,On my treadmille how long do u think i should stay on it and the speed how much? i jus want everyones opinions, please&thank you :) .

Do you warm up before you start your walk
or run and do a cool down after? It can
really help with calf muscle pain. Here

Hm. I would say it's pretty normal if you've been working out pretty hard. I mean if you don't run much then that's why. Give it time and they will feel better.

Well I would say you do thirty minuets a day, but not on a slow speed. Try a medium one. Are maybe a bit higher.
