if i want to stay in shape. i exersize everyday but its only cuz i want to stay in shape, can i eat what i want and not gain? i mean like not EVERYTING i want, but like chocalate or candys...? and ofcourse ill be eating healthy, but i mean every once in a while.

You should be able to eat what you want in moderation. A candy bar now and then won't
hurt anything. Its when you eat those things
and become a couch potato that they really
cause a lot of harm. :) ]
Sure. It's fine to eat sweets every once in awhile. Just make sure you don't eat them so often that they totally screw up your diet. Good luck to you. ]
