Need excises for my leg!

Well see it goes like this... about a week or two ago i pulled a muscle in my right leg and it's better now but i feel that it is even more inflexible than it was before. and i am like really flexible and it is just like not cooperating with me. so what are so excises i can do to strengthen it and make it flexible.

Hi,
if you want to become more flexible, I would suggest yoga. It's a great for relaxing and warming up the muscles. It offers a variety of fitness levels and it also gently eases you into becoming very flexible. I know you have seen all of the positions they are able to manuever their bodies into. If flexiblility is what you want, I think that's the best solution. I hope I helped.
