where can I get good tips and stuff about weight loss online? I also don't have much money or time to lose weight so whats the best advice?

Hi,
WebMD Diet Assessment is a good place to start. They give good advice about what weight you should be for your height and age. They also ask you a variety of question about your current diet and assess the situation to get you started on your weight loss. Hope I helped.
