I need o lose weight I'm thirteen 5'0 and 130 pounds. I really need to lose weight. I have stretch marks on my calves and hips. I want to know a way to lose weight asap. i hope to lose twenty pounds.

Take what you ate today and cut it in half. Eat that much instead. If you get hungry, and it's not time to eat, drink a glass of water. Sounds dumb, I know, but it works. That's why those super thin athletic people always carry around water.
Also, think about all the places you rode in a car to that you could walk to instead. Walk next time.
Walk more, eat less. It's pretty basic but if you do it right it works and it works fast. ]
Diet and excercise.
If you don't have access to a gym, try jump-roping or curl ups for 15min a day, every day. that's 15 min straight, not throughout the day. Or jog. But whatever physical activity makes you comfortable, make sure it's 15 - 20 min a day, everyday.
for dieting, watch your portions. Like how much you actually eat. If you eat a lot, cut down the portion to something that'll get you mostly full. The thing is, we don't really register being full until about 5 - 20 minutes after we eat.

Follow the Special K diet. It really does work. One big bowl per day in the morning is quite sufficient to last you till supper. If you want, you can join your local gym and stick the regime's there and do what think suits you best.
