Whenever i run on my treadmille
the side of my back hurts me really badly
like whenever i breath
it rlly hurts..
what is this?

Do you warm up first?
If not, it's a good chance that's exactly why you're experiencing these pains. It's extremely important to warm up before doing exercise, it gets your body ready.
