i want to loose 20lbs by the end of school.

Basically, I want to loose 20lbs by the end of school. Right now, I'm 16/f and weigh 151lbs and 5'6. I would like to weigh 130-135. So far I've been eating::
Breakfast- Oatmeal, Bannana, Diet Iced Tea.
Snack- Grannola bar
Lunch- Turkey Sandwhich, Yogurt, Carrots
Snack- Strawberry's, or some sort of fruit.
Dinner- A Lean Cousine Or Healthy Choice. (under 400 calories)
Every Day or so I also take a walk, or work out for forty minutes and then lift weights.
am i doing everything correctly? Do you think I can loose enough weight by the end of school? And what kind of foods should I add to my diet, if there are any?

taxes

What products have taxes? I'm so ticked off at that because when there's a price I think that's what I pay so I'd bring that exact amount next time and then turns out there's a little more for the tax and I get so embarrased in public.
And when you tell me which ones do, can you tell me how much? Like some might have gst and some have pst but I don't know how much is it for each. I live in Canada if that helps.
And does anyone know WHY there are taxes on those? Things are expensive already! All I know is that candy has tax

short story

hi, we are suposed to be answering these questions on a short story, and im stuck on a few, any help would be great. so heres the story:
grown man doesnt like his older sister(40) going out, and says they shouldnt as they are indians. this woman doesnt like how her brother is doing this, treating her in this way, and starts to argue. woman throws a slap, man kicks and punches woman untill ambulance and police is called. shes not badly injured, just a little bump. the man leaves the house sayin that he's going to kill her, her two kids and her boyfriend. the son of the two kids, never forgives him, and hates him forever, for sying that. etc etc etc.
now the questions are:
1.who do you think is in the wrong? the ...

crying problem

this must be the worst problem I have. I'm extremely sensitive. Is there any ways to not cry? I try to take deep breaths and calm down but it doesn't work.
Like I haven't went shopping for a year and my dad said he'd take me today but he changed my mind. big deal. But I kinda teared up and had to make an excuse to stay upstairs for the rest of the day or else he'd think I'm mad at him or something and maybe it'll hurt his feelings.
The worst thing is that when I start I can't stop and then it gets really ugly with the hicupping and stuff.
please help..

okay so i've been going out with my boyfriend for 11 months and i have a problem. i don't talk to his parents that much, like i say hi, how are you? but not usually a conversation. it's not because i'm ignoring them it's just i don't know how to start a conversation with them. i almost feel awkward talking to them. if anyone can help i would appreciate it! thanks

Finding an email address

An old friend gave me his email address ages ago and I've lost it, I think I can remember the beginning of it but can't remember the rest.
I don't want to guess and end up emailing private stuff to a complete stranger. Is there a website or something where I can do a search?
He's with hotmail but hotmails user search isn't at all good.

i have a crush on guy 1.
my guyfriend is guy 2.
i always thought guy 1 and guy 2 were friends, but it turns out that guy 1 bullies guy 2. i feel bad about my guyfriend (guy 2) but i still REALLY like my crush. i really want to know who my crush likes... but i'm afraid to ask my guyfriend for the fear of either... my crush finding out that i like him or my guyfriend's feelings being hurt.

My 11 year old son and his attraction to emo

THere is a trend out there I guess its spelled emo. Anyways my son has been talking about it for two years but never really acted on it. Two days ago he started dressing im all black and yesterday he puts on eyeliner. I love my son very much, he has always MARCHED TO HIS OWN DRUM AND IVE ALWAYS SUPPORTED HIM. on the 14th of april satuday we had big fight. That night he hit me too because i was causing problem. But its not only that we love eachother too much and we used to have small fights but it used to be ok after 2-4 days but its been like 12 days we haven't talk. last night when i talked to him he said we are already broke up , we cant be together now.But i can't live without him i really love him. I don't want to loose him in any cost. i still want to keep our love alive. now he don't talk to me at all he just say go away, fuck off, leave me alone , no and stuff...please let me know what should i do but i dont wanna loose him in any cost. im so much in tension. i can't sleep , i haven't ate anything. i bought sleeping tabs today.im very serious abt him now .

Ok im 18/f. So ive always been attracted to guys. By that im mean i think guys are really cute. Ive never really had a boyfriend. I had to small things. When i kissed them though i never felt anything. Im dont really have a desiree to date girls but for some reason i like boobs. I like to look at them. i really dont want to be gay, but could i be???? Short version: me and this one boy (thats fully straight) are "talking" but his gay best friend that likes him is going to say something to end it. how do i get the one boy not to listen to his best friend and to still like me?
me and this one boy *john just started talking about like dating and stuff and his best friend is this boy whos gay named *george. and george likde john (im pretty sure he still does) but george hates me, and hes already gotten pissed at me for dating some other guy a long time ago, and he told my other friend*emily that hes gunna find a way to put an end to me and *john talking but thats dumb because hes straight, so how do i get john not to listen to his best friend and to still talk to me?

stuck in a rutt should i move on

Hi
Everything in my life has built up to a head and im not happy anymore. I moved into a new home before christmas with my son and his father which i was happy about at the time as it was a fresh start for us as a family. we moved in around october last year as since then we have been tormmented by our neighbour its as if she is living with us and our son can hardly play in his own home. To top this all off iv had alot of problems in my job which is very close to where we live and apart from feeling so insecure in my life at this time my relationship does not seam to offer me any comfort as my boyfriend has his own problems and is going through a devorce from a relationship he had years ago he also has children from this relationshi...

Training for Race For Life

Not sure those of you in the US will know this but it's a mass mini-marathon (2 and a half to three miles) across the UK to raise money for cancer research.
My sister and I have decided to enter and I should stress, I have NEVER done anything like this! It's in two months. I am 5'6, about 10 stone and haven't done any regular exercise since I left school four and a half years ago.
I'm not expecting to turn into some major athlete and you can walk it...but I want to run at least some of the way.
So what sort of foods should I be eating, what should I be drinking, how often do I need to exercise and are there any other tips you can give me?
