Ok I'm really close with this guy let's him Sam. We met sophomore year in high school,I hated him a first and then i liked him. Then like me and him just became best friend and we talked about everything and i love him so much but never ever told him,so he gets a girlfriend senior year lets call her anna. Of course shes the captain of the cheerleaidng squad and the two of them share the love of country music. But this girl is totally bipolar and always wants sam's attentiona all the time and shes is insanely jealous. He talks to me all the time about her and its driving crazy. summer comes and still dating and cant take anymore so i left to europe for three weeks i come back and they break up. I'm 17 and a female. I went to the mall today and I am hanging with some of my friends. This guy shows up and I didn't know who he was but he was ne of my friends friends. So I'm hanging out with him. And I find out that hes a really cool person. So i start talking to him and start to flirt with him and he flirts back. He is 19 and hes really cute and sweet. Not to mention he does have a sense of humor. But i dont know if he likes me too or not. and im afraid to really try to do anything with him because i am afraid of what he might do. Ok, so me and my friend went to this hangout spot and my friend brought his girlfriend with him. He also asked his girlfriend to bring a friend for me. (so i wouldn't be standing there watching them looking stupid lol) And me and her friend were talking and getting to know each other and we didn't do anything but give each other a hug that night. The next time we all met up was at my friend's girlfriend's house and we were all sitting around and i ended up kissing her for like an hour straight. But i swear i don't remember anything about her other than her name, age, etc. Should i take her serious looking at the circumstances?

Okay, due to my past, my heart has literally turned black. I don't trust guys and it find it very hard to even maintain a conversation with them. Alright, so my boyfriend and i recently broke up about a month ago, we dated off and on for one year. we have a weird relationship that no one else could really understand.. well I'm in love with him.. and i know he is with me.. but well, its long distance. I am very familiar to the quote "if you love someone you should let them go," I also know that this is not the first time anyone has heard about this.
I have this guy, who once was my boyfriend. He is very sweet, calm, successful, and he is a political figure, running for state representative right now. We were together a long while. He ended it with me, but still calls and text me. We see each other a lot. I know that he is the one that I am going to grow old with. Is he just afraid of what he want, or afraid to be happy. I know that he loves me but I think that because he is going to be a member of the office, is he afraid that being "out" will ruin his chances... I just don't know what to do anymore! My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 3 years and he is showing no signs of wanting to get married. I have 2 children from a previous marrage and he has never been married before. We are both 33 years old and we live in Nebraska where people don't generally wait much longer than 2 years. We have had our ups and downs but we do very well with the exception of me wanting to get married and him putting it off. How long should I wait? What do I do now while waiting?
